This place is very poor because of govt. They can maintain it very well and can open lighthouse for public but when we visited there then entry was not open to light house top. I found it waste of time.

Definitely worth a visit with its history and the fantastic views. Divided into 2 parts, with the Lighthouse in the upper level and the great place to catch the panoramic view of the boats in the sea below in your camera. Be sure to carry your sunglasses and hats.

There are two parts of the fort named lower Agauda which is having a lawn and ground like structure and other is upper agauda where this lighthouse is present. You can have a good panoramic view of sea from upper Agauda. Also note that the lighthouse is... More

there is not much to see as a historic monument but the views of sea and islands is very good. there are much better things to do in Goa so visit this if you have extra time on hand.

Aguada fort gives you a glimpse of history, helps in understanding the architecture of fort that had been build many years ago. From the fort we can get nice view of Arabian sea.

The view from lighthouse is amazing. It gives a good view of Panaji on one side and Candolim on another side. Do visit it.

While entering the gate, you will think that this is just a broken fort from the history, but once you reach inside and get the amazing view of the sea, you feel that the visit was worth making. Not much to do here but one must come here for the amazing view.

The place is not that great and big. But its worth the visit. The history information in the middle of the ford is very informative. The view to the sea is also very nice.
