Family has been here several times to take grandson fishing. He loves it. They have canoe rentals too. My daughter’s other family have held several family reunions here. They have bbq grills and seating so they always enjoy it too.

This is a nice place. It's peaceful and quiet. It is nice even if you don't want to fish. This is a great place for a picnic or to read a good book. I especially like to go look for the eagle.

Don't let the size of this lake fool you, it has some huge bass and catfish. The state does and excellent job managing its public fishing lakes. They are awesome little lakes that many anglers are not aware of.
