The botanical garden is my favorite place to bring my out of town company no matter what the age is. My nieces and nephews love all of the children activities especially the Butterfly House and the hammock swings. I love the gift shop, they have great gifts for everyone on your list and they will wrap your purchase. If possible... More

The botanical gardens are a nice diversion of the hustle & bustle atmosphere of rocket city. A calm winding path with many beautiful quiet areas. The butterfly house is amazing. The entire facility is well kept and the staff is very friendly.

We went to the botanical gardens not knowing for sure if it would be worth it or not. It was very easy to get to. It is on main roads. When entering we had to deal with some construction and narrowing lanes. So much worth it. You enter through the gift shop at which time you purchase your tickets. As... More

...or any of the other beautiful gardens! The Huntsville Botanical Gardens is great for education or just getting away from the hubbub of life. You can sit in the peaceful butterfly house or near the amazing koi pond. There are trails for easy hikes and lots of destination points for young guests to climb and explore. They have seasonal art... More

This is a beautiful place for just walking relaxing and was most certainly a beautiful place for a wedding. We want to go back and visit during the holidays it's been awhile and I may be mistaken on the exact time frame of the event. But they always have something going on..

Beautiful and greatly geared toward the young learners. A lot of walking to get around the entire place. Be sure to take along your water bottles. It gets hot out there in July! Loved the butterfly house. Enjoyed the fun places setup for picture taking!

We visited around the first of June 2016. Huntsville Botanical Garden is very lovely and worth exploring. They are doing lots of construction so be sure and try to get to the parking lot that is closer to the entrance. They lower parking lot is a long walk when it is hot.
