Took a small group of Red Hatter ladies out to lunch there and was really disappointed. I made the reservation several weeks in advance, and had about 12 of us there. Lunch was to say the least awful. Service was worse. I ordered a grilled cheese and it was 2 pieces of toast with cheese placed in the middle. It... More

Vista & Dunes are great courses to play. Each are 9 holes. The Lakes is fun especially for beginners. It's got some dog legs, water shots, and a long par 5, also 9 holes. The club house is homey & comfortable. Staff is helpful and friendly. There is TAG golf on Thursday afternoon, a scramble with 4. Only cost $5/person... More

The course itself deserves 5 stars, however the staff member who stopped us after 9 holes to say "there is no way 6 golfers can play together during a round" caused me to rate them with 2 stars. I understand golf is played in foursomes, however it was a Monday afternoon round and there was no other golfers on the... More

As a Golf Course Glen is a Bruce Devilin course with 2 courses, the Dunes, a championship course, it is a link style, hilly course, The Lakes is a 9 hole course, that is an easier course. Very enjoyable, with a few challenges. The club house is nice serving a decent menu. There is normally a club cart serving drinks... More

For challenging golf at a great price there is no better value in lower Alabama. Great fairways and greens!

I played a round while on a family vacation. $27 for 18 holes and a cart on a beautiful, well kept course. The front desk staff was excellent as well as the starters. There are three 9 hole courses to choose from. Glen Lakes is right up there with anything the Robert Trent Jones golf trail has to offer.

I've been there a couple of times to take lessons from the Pro, David, while visiting the area. Great teacher -- very knowledgeable, friendly, patient, helpful. The lessons are a good deal- 3 half-hour lessons for $100. The people at the club are welcoming. I will be back!

We played the Vista-Dunes course & it was awesome... The Vista course was great for any level player but the Dunes can be quite the challenge... The price of play is right in line for what you get... The course's are in great shape as of 10/17/15 despite the rough weather we have here in the South... The greens are... More

Played this course 10/01, unfortunately they had very heavy a few days before, cart path only on all par fives, in addition to normal par three's, very nice course, would play again if dry, staff very friendly

Glenlakes is a WONDERFUL golf course, full of value and challenging. With 27 holes, you can spend the day enjoying three different nine hole layouts from a wide open "golf friendly" (Vista) course to a links style challenge (Dunes) to a neighborhood course that goes through the housing development (Lakes). Recently they added a Foot Golf course for those that... More
