October is supposed to be one of the best months to trek to Goetcha La. Not this time. And in any case you should not expect to get any views of the high mountains other than between say 6 and 8 am.

Lucky to have seen the peak through our hotel and also at Tiger Hill point .. Was feeling emotional by just seeing its beauty.. Last time in 2004 the weather was foggy.. But this time.. Just Wow...

I have never seen anything like this. And never thought I would. It is a piece of heaven brought down to earth. I can spend hours just by looking at it.

It was an amazing experience. It was spectacular to see the mountains hugging the beautiful hills and it almost looked like a fort that was protecting these territories of awesomeness..

I guess its same as like tiger hills, it gives you perfect view of valley & sunrise & sunset is must watch, I have heard that tourist goes to 10 to the point to see sunrise...though I guess that same could be seen from your balcony's too, if you are in lap if good view room. As this totally depends... More

if you want the best view of the range then dont go to tiger hill, just go to chowrasta towards Observatory hill and want towards a school. go before sunrise and you will find there place to sit. sit there and enjoy the view. time will fly and you will not realize.

We know that it is the third highest mountain in the world. You can view the kanchenjunga mountain from tiger hill. The view is lifetime experience to the eyes. You can reach here by jeep.
