Nice way to enjoy the nature in Darjeeling nearby area. Kids can enjoy and one can get one of the best mountain view from Lamahata.

Very good park because we could see the park only not the village. But the park kept me spell bound. It is on the way to Kalimpong from Darjeeling. Ask the driver for a trip via Lamahatta.

There is a huge climbing to the top but the top is not much interesting, just a small lake and nothing more. recommended for just a small visit, not a stay

This is the road side park made by Govt. Which is very attractive. A beautifull park amidst of pine forest. If you walk 25 minutes will find a lake but we escaped. A portion of small garden is also there. Highly recommended to visit the...More

Beautiful and well maintained garden.... Pay and use toilet available....clean. Should not plan a dedicated trip to visit Lamahatta. When traveling between Darjeeling and Gangtok, start early, ask your driver to stop at Lamahatta. Keep about 2 hrs spare to enjoy this beautiful pine tree...More

hi, actually i stayed in darjeeling. during my stay i was at lamhatta for day out bcz its around 45 mins to 1 hr journey from darjeeling to lamhatta. so i dont hv ne idea regarding hotel/homestays in lamhatta/tinchuley.
