More near the city, but not as big and as neat as Marina beach. Parkings are very less but as it is very near to streets / residential area you feel more secured.

The experience will linger on in mind. The refreshing evening breeze adds to the overall feeling.Getting there is easy through the well laid roads from Adyar. Good car parking system. the walkway and parapet for sitting are good.

This beach is a heaven on weekdays with not too many people around, however it's way too crowded on weekends, which makes it one of the worst places. There's plenty of plastic waste on the shore, because of few irresponsible people & shops around.

Safety wise its fine but, police patrol is the problem. Chennai don't have night life unless you are very rich and local person.
