We recently completed a 3 week tour of Delhi, Agra, 5 cities in Rajasthan and a stop at Ranthambore. From the start, our tour manager in Jaipur, Virendra has been so helpful in figuring out our itinerary according to our budget and booking hotels and domestic flight for our family of 6. I appreciated the timely communication and having all of my questions answered. He was always easily reachable by email and WhatsApp.
Our hotels were great, with the exception of 2 (in Pushkar and Jaisalmer), which were adequate, as it was only a 1 night stay.
All of our tour guides in the cities were wonderful, so friendly, knowledgeable and patient. We learned so much from them. They all took such pride in their home city and their work, which definitely was noticed!
What made our trip so perfect was our driver, Rajpal. From the beginning, he was always professional and most importantly, always on time. We had nice conversations on some of our long journeys (his English is very good!) and he always made sure we were well taken care of. He was able to make good suggestions for lunch and dinner restaurants and drive us to any of our desired locations, even to a mithai shop after dinner. He was always sure to take us to places that were clean and hygienic (read: modern bathrooms). He is very knowledgeable about local places in each city. He also helped as a translator when we needed to talk to local vendors.
Rajpal always greeted us with a smile, ready to accommodate our needs even if it meant two trips into the old city of Udaipur when we weren’t staying close by. He was so helpful with my parents...all the steps at the forts takes a toll on aging knees! Above all, like the guides, he takes exceptional pride in his work, which was very appreciated. Ask for Rajpal as your driver if you are booking with this company. You will love him!
We had a wonderful time traveling in India with Rajasthan Tour by Car and Driver. I would definitely recommend and use them again on a return trip to India.

Where to start.
I have never been so confident to recommend the services of another person than I am of Mohan Singh. This is my second time visiting Rajasthan and my first experience exploring with my wife in the helping hands of Mohan. First and foremost, the car is always spotless, stocked with your personal choice of snacks and drinks, and faultlessly on time. Mohan has a natural talent to engage as much as appropriate, to offer insights into the local surrounds whilst also respecting your need for silence and rest whilst travelling long distances.
Most importantly Mohan is a friend. He is authentic, honest and kind. My wife and I always felt safe in his care, and at one point I had to leave my wife to travel alone for 5 days - at no point were either of us concerned for her safety. Mohan went above and beyond to check in on her, arrange a vetted tuk tuk and provide a wifi fob when she didn’t have a SIM card. Mohan is also personable and funny, we shared many funny moments over our 15 days together and we were genuinely sad to leave his presence.
Mohan is passionate about his job, his family and his country. He is welcomely eager to share his favourite parts of the cities you visit and to facilitate the most authentic experience possible without imposing on you. If you’re considering travelling to India and arranging a driver, I implore you to ask Mohan to be your driver - it will become the highlight of your trip and you’ll question why you ever doubted it!

We had a fabulous and perfect experience with this company. We booked a mini bus for our family of 6 (4 kifs aged between 8 and 13), from Delhi to Udaipur during 7 days. Our driver, Mr Devraj was very kind, drove very securely, and could help us to make the most of this Indian experience. Everything went as planned, we can really highly recommend this company!!!

Excellent tour, highly recommended. Brassant Raj was a great (skilled, punctual, friendly, helpful) driver with enough English to communicate essentials. Only criticisms would be that company needs to inform driver better on schedule and inclusions. Very reasonable price resulted in a couple soso 3star hotels—in winter 4star hotels are a must since only they have central heat.

We planned a tour of Rajasthan for our large family stopping at 8 cities and which was dependant on the transport and transit being spot on.. IT WAS.. Our driver Mr. Banu was punctual. polite, considerate and professional.Nothng was too much trouble for him and he was very a very safe and experienced driver and we could not have been more comfortable A tour guide was also provided on each stop which saved us time and money at every stop. Virendra at the office was also always on hand to assist and both were helpful and flexible as on occasion we had to tweak our itinerary. The bus itself was clean and in very good order which added to our comfort and safety.

We,a family of 4 people planned our Rajasthan trip from Jaipur to Udaipur via Jaisalmer. The main challenge was we were traveling with 2 snr. citizen along with my sister who has motor impairment and require an extra attention. When reached out to Mr.Arun,he assured us about providing the best possible service to make it a life time memorable trip for us. Today, I am glad to share my wonderful experience we had in Rajasthan. Firstly, THANKS to Mr. Arun for taking extra care in arranging a wheel chair for my sister within a very short notice. Also he maintained a smooth communication regularly from the very beginning when we are planning for the trip till the moment we boarded the return flight from Udaipur.
Secondly,for any tourist spending a good 6 days time in an unknown place with an unknown driver often creates hesitation and doubts.Here comes the big role of Mr. K P Singh, who was our chauffeur. We are really impressed through his calm and friendly behavior,geography and historical knowledge about different places, attitude towards helping whenever and wherever required to the best possible way he can. Moreover, I must say Mr. K P Singh never made us face any sort of challenges through out our trip. He was always there as an Elder Brother and did his best for us.
We returned from Rajasthan with a wonderful memory and really happy to meet such awsome people over there.
THANKS once again to the Entire Team. Keep it up!!! :)

We booked the tour to travel around the golden triangle with a personal driver, Mr. Ratan for 8 days. I couldn't ask for any better tour because Mr. Ratan was our best driver ever! Apart from being super polite, Mr. Ratan made sure our trip on the roads was safe at all times despite the crazy traffic in India.
To our amazement, we were greeted with a super clean car inside out every morning. Mr. Ratan did such a good job taking care of it to make us feel comfortable in the car.
On our New Year's Day in Delhi, the traffic was horrible. We got stuck on the road for 1.5 hrs just to travel only a few kilometers. We said that we wanted to walk back to the hotel to avoid the jam but Mr. Ratan was so patient and he insisted to drive us back to the hotel for our safety and convenience. Thanks to him we survived that jammed traffic!!!
He was always on time and catered to all of our requests. We rejected having a complimentary guide and Mr. Ratan didn't push us to accept the offer. He understood our needs.
We had to leave the luggage in the car during the nights in Delhi because of the narrow street where our hotel is located and Mr. Ratan kept our luggage safe in the car. We tried different types of Indian food which were superb every meal thanks to Mr. Ratan's recommendations.
Mr. Ram, the CEO, was also kind to us. He understood our concerns and made us feel comfortable throughout the trip. He always made sure we were satisfied with the trip, which we truly were.
I highly recommend this company if you want a wonderful trip to India.

We had a week long self-created tour of Rajasthan with our driver Ranveer. Ranveer was very knowledgable about the history and culture of the areas we went to, and it was like having our own guide as well as driver. He was also extremely patient and kind with accommodating our requests to stop at the occasional supermarket, and helped us with packaging and sending a parcel back to the UK which would have been much harder without his help. Ranveer was kind and friendly. I would use Rajasthan Tours again with him. The one improvement is that the company need to be more mindful of the distances that they are agreeing for drivers to drive in a single day, luckily another company I got a quote from suggested tweaking my itinerary as one of the distances was too great. Ranveer was uncomplaining and positive at all times but we did feel one day in particular was too much for one person to drive. My advice would be if planning your own route request the distance and time taken to travel when making your itinerary so it can be planned accordingly. Overall a fantastic and convenient way to explore such a beautiful part of India, and Ranveer got us a tea on the last day which was a lovely end to our week together. Thanks Ranveer!

We used their services for our entire 6 day trip to Rajasthan. Arun, our one point contact, was very responsive and professional in all our interactions. The price and the quality of cars, drivers and guides in all the cities we visited was fantastic. The drivers and guides were extremely knowledgable, prompt and courteous. We can't recommend their services enough!

We spent the last 10 days in India, traveling from Delhi through Rajasthan with Gopal the driver who was appointed to us by Rajasthan Tour By Car and Driver. Gopal was extremely professional, always making sure we got the best experience possible when traveling in his car (the car was always spotless, we always arrived on time and safely at our destinations and he was super knowledgeable about the region and Indian culture)
We greatly enjoyed Rajasthan and Gopal was definitely a key part in making this trip a success. Thanks Gopal for our amazing time in lovely Rajasthan!

We (four of us) were in India in Oct 2019 and we had a driver Mahendra Singh, who had a 7 seater Toyota, registration RJ14 TD 2094, picked us up from the airport upon arrival and drove us around for 9 days from Delhi - Agra - Jaipur - Jodhpur - Udaipur and finally to Udaipur airport.
We were assigned the driver by the company Welcome Rajasthan (based in Jaipur)
The company organised the hotel and transport so I am not sure how much the driver component would be.
Mahendra was very professional and his car was always clean and tidy.

Hi Jenny, I found them online ... I suggest you Google rajasthantourbycaranddriver ... sorry but TriAdvisor doesn't allow email or web addresses. Arun is the guy in the office and is very helpful. The price will depend on the vehicle, route, duration and month I suspect and I don't think it would be fair to them to say how much I paid on TripAdvisor, but I was very happy with the cost considering the time and distance we travelled.
