    Wordhip place with beautiful view
This worship place is best t be visited in evening. You can definitely do the darshan, but also can also see the mesmerising lights around the temple. Avoid wearing western cloths during your visit. You may not be allowed to enter.

    Marble temple, serene atmosphere
This temple is surrounded by lush gardens on all sides and is a treat for the eyes to see such colourful flowers all in one place. Birla Mandir is a landmark in Jaipur and a must visit destination for every visitor. It is a magnificent temple that truly showcases the architectural grandeur and spiritual essence of the city. During my visit, I was captivated by the temple's intricate marble work and the serene atmosphere that enveloped the premises. The temple is popularly known as Lakshmi Narayan Mandir.

    Mesmerising..
A must visit temple of Lord Nayana and Lakshmi ji. The temple is closed from 12:30-3:30pm so plan your visit accordingly. However, the temple in all is just mesmerising. Idols , evening Aarti , architecture everything is so peaceful to watch. Each pillar has carvings of Hindu lords. Inside the temple , all the walls are dedicated to one major incidents of Ramayan. Clicking pictures inside the temple is not allowed to enjoy it when you are inside. Try to attend 6pm Aarti which is for around 10min.

This is a beautiful white marble hindu temple set on a hill overlooking jaipur. You walk through beautiful grounds towards the temple. You must remove your shoes before you enter and these are kept for you for a small fee. The pathways, steps and temple are all the same white marble so it is quite bright in the daylight. You may be lucky as we were that it was prayer time when shortly after we entered the temple. No photos are allowed within the inside and outside the main temple area.

My experience of visiting the temple is quite wonderful. I was attracted by the idols in the temple mostly.
The temple is one the most beautiful temples in Jaipur city. The temple is dedicated to the deities Lakshmi and Narayana, the divine powers in hindu religion. The environment of the temple is peaceful and serene and is quite suitable for people to visit anytime safely. The architecture is magnificent and is made mostly of white marbel, which shows traditional elements and tranquility. The temple is constructed on a particular height to provide visiters with great views from the temple. The sunets and sunrises from the temple look stunning.

Note this mandir is closed 12 till 3. Lord knows why. Big structure from outside but not missing much inside. Guards have real attitude pushing everyone out on a rude manner at 5 to 12. No courtesy for anyone coming to give 5 minutes extra or even wait to close on time. Only gave it 3* as it has interesting photos of the Birla family downstairs.

Birla Mandir is a beautifully carved white marble temple of Lord Vishnu & Goddess Laxmi.
Our experience of the Birla Mandir Temple was great since we reached there in morning for Aarti and there was not much rush.
After aarti & darshan of lord we sat inside the temple in silence for a while then strolled in the garden space outside the temple.
Its a bit on elevated place. Just before the gate on the left is a Ganpati Temple too, which too is very nice place to visit.

We just arrived in India the previous night and when I found out we need to remove our foot ware to enter the compound, not just the main building, I thought; "forget it." I viewed this building from outside the perimeters of the building. So, this review is from the outside.

The Birla Mandir of Jaipur (there are several others) is a Hindu temple, built in 1988 by the Birla foundation, belonging to the rich Indian family of the same name, from which the Maharaja of Jaipur seems to have then purchased it for a single rupee.; the only material used to build it is white marble. It is dedicated to the God Vishnu and his companion Lakshmi, Goddess of health and good luck; the images of the two deities can be seen inside the temple, together with other Gods of the Hindu Pantheon.
Unlike many other Hindu temples, which are much richer and more complex, the Birla Mandir is spread over four distinct parts: the sanctuary, the main hall, the tower, and the entrance; inside the main room you can see stained glass windows and marble sculptures, both having mythological figures of the Hindu religion as their subject.
In addition to the Gods of the Hindu Pantheon, the figures of Christ, the Virgin Mary, Saint Peter, the Buddha, Confucius and Socrates are also represented on the external walls, probably wanting to celebrate peace and brotherhood between the peoples belonging to the different religions.
It is believed that the style of the temple is modern, even if it maintains the traditional characteristics of Hindu temples; its construction on an elevated platform makes it visible among the buildings of Jaipur, even from a long distance, and the gardens that surround it give the context an aura of peace and tranquility.

The Birla Temple stands as a masterpiece of white marble craftsmanship, gleaming brilliantly against the backdrop of the Jaipur skyline. The intricate carvings and delicate detailing on the exterior walls instantly caught my attention, reflecting the exquisite artistry that went into its construction. The temple's design combines elements of traditional Hindu architecture with modern influences, creating a harmonious blend of the old and the new.

Built entirely of white marble, it hardly escapes attention, especially its tall and typical tower. Recently built (inaugurated in 1988), it is dedicated to the god Vishnu and the goddess Lakshmi. Like other similar temples to enter inside you have to take off your shoes and inside you can not take pictures; moreover we were during the evening service, so it did not seem appropriate, even without a ban, to take photographs while the faithful were intent on their things (however, the service, for me as a Catholic, left me at least puzzled). The architecture of the temple is pleasant, especially for us Westerners, being so different from our styles; and the decoration near the entrances to the inner hall is also very rich, and among the various figures reproduced by statues and bas-reliefs we find not only Hindu deities, but also characters of other religions/civilizations (such as Christian saints, along with philosophers such as Socrates and Confucius) as the temple also wants to celebrate the cultural and religious diversity of India. Stained glass windows painted with various Hindu deities then complete the decorative apparatus. In two pavilions, in front of the main entrance (western side), statues of the two founders were placed: Rukmani Devi Birla and Braj Mohan Birla. The temple is flanked by a large garden in which is located, under another pavilion, the statue of the god Shiva.

Temple without soul…yes I mean it. This is NO temple but a show off building of royals. Temple with garage of vintage car.

I would call the adding temple in the name feels like a scam.

A country like India had so many opportunities for royals to spend their fortune but sadly everyone wants to make their statues and monuments instead helping common and poor people
