When you hire one day tuk tuk ride at Jaipur station, in most of cases, this will be where you learn to spend the longest time. The course to the top of the fort is long and winding in and out of the fort. But the views are spectacular from every corner of the road so that you would not... More

It is beautiful and relatively cleaner than the places we visited. We took elephant ride to the fort. Paid 1100 INR and 200 rs tip. Oh yeah, they say no tip but the guy ask... More

Amber Fort is an amazing place and a must-visit in Jaipur! We took an Uber out to the fort in the morning and then walked up to the fort and toured it. I recommend buying the combined ticket since it gives you access to the other forts and some other sights in Jaipur.

Good visit for those who love history and architecture, helpful to hire a Guide. The place is huge so keep aside 4 to 5 hours if you wish to visit all the areas of the fort. Sound and light show in the evening is arranged here which is pure delight. English as well as Hindi shows begin after dusk.

Not a very good place to visit. There are other limited options in jaipur to visit. Like Nahargarh fort is a Good option to spend time . Other is Amer road is quiet a good option at the time of rainy season as it become a romantic place to visit.

Some of the sites inside are real marvel from old times. There is a mirror palace. Only 2 candles are required to light up mirror palace. Old techniques of transporting water up to the fort. A beautiful garden in the middle of a huge man made lake in a dessert region. Explicit beauty...

Constantly approached by people pretending to be tourist guides. So called official guides demand a high price, talk little and expect you to keep up with the fast and very controlled tour
