I am not at all new to the charity’s work or poverty situation of India, but still I love visiting this project in Jaipur, which empowers street girls and now poor women as well. It is always uplifting to see girls and women attending craft making skills at Ladli. Now they are no more dependent on an income earned by... More

I came to India for a 3 month period and wanted to do something worthwhile while I was here. I did a lot of research on NGOs, and I-India looked the most promising. From the moment I walked through the door, I knew that I had made the right choice! I worked at the Child Inn (home for boys) and... More

We went to Ladli as part of our Overseas Community Service Project (OCSP) and the 2 weeks spent with them was nothing but amazing. Everyone at Ladli was super friendly and we had a lot of fun interacting with the children, women and staff there. In my opinion, what I-India is doing is simply incredible. By providing the street children... More

Ladli is just one program run by the phenomenal Jaipur NGO called I-India. Although Ladli is a vocational education training program for girls impacted by conditions of poverty - it is so much more than that. This is truly an example of how true family love and a committment to community based problem solving can transform the most difficult problems.... More

The contribution they make to the communities around them is HUGE as these communities need so much help & support. Through the Ladli Vocational Centres Women & Children have an opportunity to work in a safe... More

We visited ladli as part of our overseas community service project for 2 weeks. The girls there were warm, friendly and polite. When we taught them some IT skills, they were very eager to learn, the mentors there were also capable and helpful in bridging the communication barrier between ourselves and the girls. We had lots of fun with jokes,... More

At Ladli, girls who live below the poverty line can come to make jewellery, clothes, bags and accessories, which are sold to tourists. The profits are deposited into bank accounts which the girls can open when they reach 18 years old. The atmosphere is Landli friendly and calm. The staff are informative, polite and good English speakers. This experience is... More

We just spent some time with the people and Ladli and it was truly an amazing experience. The people were all extremely welcoming and you would never see a gloomy face of any one of them. They were very accomodating and went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable in this foreign country. Time spent with them was... More

I've just returned from an incredible week spent with the inspiring girls at Ladli which is operated by the even more inspiring Goswami family and I-India. This Organisation gives street children in Jaipur an opportunity for a bright future. The girls were so fun and welcoming and spent time showing us how to make Jewelry and crafts. Ladli provides both... More

We were very happy to visit this centre commited to women and children. The warm welcome and the explanations that we received was great. So, we decided to make a donation in order to help them. Congratulations to all the staff. Carry on!
