We were 4 girls looking for an exotic holiday in Maldives. Given the mercurial travel guidelines in light of the Pandemic, we wanted to confirm our booking at a decent property that could assure food, beverages and activities under one roof. Thrillophillia came a blessing in disguise. Amey from their team helped us with hassle free visa and health declaration processing. We were able to get our bookings with Oblu by Atmosphere at Helengeli. Living amidst nature, embracing the eternal ocean and enjoying our luxurious stay for 3 nights at the facility with mouth watering delicacies, adventure packed water sports activities along with picturesque landscape & sunsets summed up a great vacation. Island hopping was suspended and airport transfers were included in our package. Do check out the single paddle boat, canoeing, snorkeling and sunset fishing options at Oblu. Their team was very warm and accommodating! Special thanks to the staff and bartenders for their extra effort in catering us with customised services. Swimming with the turtles, spotting the sharks and dancing in the sand are few memories that are etched with this perfect trip forever! Definitely recommend everyone to check out Maldives ( special kudos to teams at Oblu and Thrillophillia)
Just a caveat: please read about the covid test guidelines, local island tours are suspended, go for all inclusive packages at a resort that gives you some activities too. Please keep an hour's buffer for airport transfers as the resorts club groups to and fro airport. Please settle your expenses with the property a night prior to your departure, the departments close down post sunset. With Thrillophillia, do book in advance for more options. A suggestion for Thrillophillia, please allow us to have multiple room type bookings under one time payment and airport transfers. Also, provide more options for 2night and 3 night packages , most of the options are centred around honeymoon couples for 4 nights.

We decided to take a family trip to Sikkim a few weeks ago. We looked at many tourism packages and decided to go with thrillophilia after doing extensive research and reading the Thrillophilia Sikkim reviews. It was such a pleasant experience that I would recommend it to anyone planning a trip.
Our trip lasted four days and three nights, and everything went off without a hitch.
The car was sent to the airport to pick us up; it was sanitised and clean.
We arrived at our hotel in Gangtok and were greeted warmly. Rooms were already reserved for us, so we spent the first day relaxing. The night stay was also very comfortable, and the next morning, after a hearty breakfast which was set up priorly by Thrillophilia , we set out for Tashi with our guide to admire Kanchenjunga's beauty.
Tashi was incredible. From there, our guide took us to Ganesh tok and Hanuman tok, both of which were fantastic. From there, our guide suggested we visit the handicraft centre and cottage industry to learn about local handicrafts, which were both stunning.
Then we drove to the Institute of Tibetology, where we learned about Tibet's rich culture. Finally, we visited Banjhakri Falls, which had a breathtaking view. Our guide explained that Ban means forest and jhakri means healer.
We returned to the hotel late at night.
The next day, we set out to see the famous Tsomgo Lake, which is 3780 metres above sea level. We also saw many migrating birds there. Then our guide took us to the Baba Mandir, which was a very peaceful experience. We later climbed up to the 2nd highest mountain pass, Nathu la Pass, where we rode snowmobiles, which were also included in the package by Thrillophilia. Later we returned to Gangtok and enjoyed the beauty of misty mountains on the way back.
The final day, we awoke early to catch a glimpse of the Kanchenjunga range, which was about 8000 feet above our hotel.
We checked out of the hotel and headed to the airport after a delicious breakfast.
I would strongly recommend Thrillophilia to anyone looking for an international trip that is both affordable and well-planned.

Me and my friends planned a bachelor’s trip to Bali through Thrillophilia after hearing reviews on its incredible services and hospitality. I got to say Thrillophilia is such an amazing site, they planned a very budget friendly itinerary for us. Our accommodation was amazing with stunning views. Our driver took us to all different locations and pickup and drop off was hassle free. Apart from this we got to visit all the beautiful attractions like Bali swing, monkey forest, elephanta caves and much more. We had a day in Kuta for all beach activities.
My friends even got certified for surfing at the Kuta beach. Bali is a very cheap place, and based on Thrillophilia’s suggestions and recommendations we dined at the best restaurants and shopped at great places. The best part of the trip was the trek to mount Batur which started at midnight and we reached the summit in time to witness the breath-taking sunrise. The itinerary also included a very relaxing spa session at a very luxury resort with natural surroundings. I would highly recommend trying jet skiing and surfing at the Kuta beach. Thrillophilia’s reviews were very helpful.

As a couple we did the 6d/5n Golden Triangle tour incl. Ranthambore.
Overall, it was a great experience with minor drawbacks (i.e. being taken to special tourist shops instead of the real markets).
PROS:
The Thrillophilia agents provided excellent service. Sohail from the Sales team found solutions to all our demands and change requests and was always available, also after we confirmed the booking. His services were exceptional and he tailored the booking to our needs. Karthik from the operations team was also exceptional. He was truly available 24/7 and always reacted immediately. Both Sohail and Karthik were checking on us every day and made us feel safe and appreciated.
The itinerary worked out as planned. Guides and driver were always on time and also provided great services. Hotels were all very good. So, we got the full service package we hoped for relieving us from having to plan and organize anything by ourselves.
CONS:
At almost every stop (Delhi, Agra, Jaipur) the guides took us to special tourist shops where we noticed them getting commissions from the shops. Especially, in Delhi it was a total fake and tourist trap. The guide took us to a place called “Delhi Haat” where we wasted 1-2 hours of our time before realizing the Google review warnings and luckily reaching a friend from Delhi that also warned us and gave us directions to the real Delhi Haat local market. In Jaipur the guide tried the same again and took us to a place where the only other visitors where tourists and prices seemed too high. Afterwards, we insisted to be taken to the real Bapu Bazaar and Jahari Bazaar.
Calling these places scams would just be a suspicion without proof. However, we would recommend other travelers to be aware and rather ask to be taken to the real markets mentioned above.
The lunch places had good food and were always safe, however also rather pricy.
If you wish to have more local experiences and save some money, you should request that from your guide and driver.
Conclusion:
We highly recommend this tour with Thrillophilia and hope that our recommendations about the markets help future travelers.

We booked a trip with Thrilopphilia for 20 people , they changed the hotel after confirming and taking the payment. Then put us us into a hotel where rooms very smelly with cockroaches. Their staff and drivers were rude , even their sales team were behaving as if they were doing favour to us by accepting our calls and weren't apologitic.
We had to keep calling them to get an understanding of what is in itinerary , They never shared detailed plan or day wise activities. Worst tour operator ever and they cheated us by charging for a good hotel and giving us the worst last minute. also kept sharing various contact numbers for thier local operator who didn't have any clue about our booking.
We had to project manage the activities with respective partners which delayed our tour and day wise activities.

Greetings and Namaste!
My name is Rishikesh and in last month on 25th Dec. I had a wonderful experience of Kedarkanth trek organised by Thillophilia. I'm glad to say that, it was such a mesmerizing trip with Trillophilia and Trekup India. Though it was my first ever trek with them, they didn't make us feel so. I really didn't expected it to be this well organized. From itinerary to provision of necessary gear for the trek, staying locations, transportation and food - everything came together to make it a memory to cherish lifelong.
Thillophilia helped with every information well written in itinerary and followed as mentioned, I must say with Thillophilia and Trekup India the treks are well documented and executed as well.
The gear rentals is an added bonus. As it was my first ever snow trek, I rented a lot of gears. Rent was easy and hassle free(Next time, hope you'll accept online transactions). The stay, fooding and lodging were well taken care of.
The trek leader(Mr. Nitin Bhandhari and Mr. Shobhit), and the other guides were super helpful throughout the journey. The hosts at Sankri were nice too and had provided hot water for drinking purpose at regular intervals.
Mr. Pulkit, the experience Coordinator, had been very supportive enough, pre as well as post trek. He had been very prompt, to answer to every question and query that I threw down to him at any time. He informed me in details, about the trek, the necessities, the requirements, the fitness regime, packing the belongings, as well as how to be mentally prepared. Even post trek, He was keen enough to communicate with everyone in the group, and acknowledge our experiences and thoughts. In nutshell, He was cooperative and warm in his approach.
On personal level learnt how to dwell in a natural environment with limited resources.
Missing the entire trek a way too much and specially the morning wakeup calls from our trek leaders...
Especially that voice of Kishan Sir keeps buzzing in my ear, *"Side ko ho jao re saare"*, during our long walks😅
Keep rolling and rocking Thillophilia and Trekup India, As the legend said once, "I will be back", I too soon will come for my next trek.🙌🏾

I had a booking for Brahmatal trek dated 26 December 2021 with thrillophilia. It was a great experience! They are in collaboration with really professional operators Nomad Adventures which have well trained trek leaders and a very cooperative staff.
The one thing I found lacking is the communication form thrillophilia team. There were some modifications in our booking which we informed on time but the implementation on those changes hasn't been addressed properly till date.
Besides this one problem we didn't face any second one in our entire journey. I would recommend everyone to experience this once in their lifetime as it's worth every penny you spend.

At first I was very sceptical booking through thrillophilia as their reviews online weren't exactly encouraging.
I opted for the 6 day uttrakhand package and had all my hotels and itinerary customised with inputs from their coordinators.
Follow up was good from their end.
After a lot of back and forth and finalizing my iti , I finally paid my advance amount.
One thing to note that Even if you pay a month or two prior ,you will get confirmation only 2-3 days prior to your date of travel.
You will get your tour operator details and need to coordinate with them once you pay your final amount.
You have no control over this as thrillophilia has their own vetted list of operators and you can be assigned from any one of them.
My taxi driver changed at the last minute because diesel prices were cut overnight.
Overall everything was as promised including hotels and the places to be covered as per the itinerary

Four of us had booked a Meghalaya trip. I believed them and 100% payment was taken one week before the commencement of the trip. First disconnect was the vehicle was a white board not a tourist vehicle. The vehicle owner was in touch with me continuously stating that he has not been paid for the fuel even and he is not able to service. I tried to help and also told that you have to talk to the HTH operator. What was funny was the HTH team was instigating the owner of the vehicle to talk to me to pressurise Thrillophilia team to make the payment. Height was on the third day when we were going from Guwahati to Shillong after driving for an hour, the driver parked the vehicle in a Petrol Bunk and said that the vehicle will not move unless he is paid and demanded Rs 20000/- from me for the whole trip. The vehicle had four senior citizens on the highway in a petrol bunk. Vehicle put off. It was so hot. This act of keeping the guests in the vehicle in a desolate place and demanding money was like kidnapping and asking for a ransom. This was simply not justifiable. I lost all my cool and talked to the representative Mr Shivam and told him that they should be ashamed to run an organisation like this and inconveniencing genuine tourist who had paid the full amount little realising what is going to come. I also asked the owner of the vehicle if he was not ready to take the trip why did he start from Guwahati. I felt cheated by Thrillophilia and making us stranded is unpardonable

The given below bad experience could have been easily solved by selecting reasonably good tour operator. Since Thrillophilia is booking platform, they are assigning the package to the cheapest tour operator for more profit.We, family group of 5, booked North Sikkim Group tour 5 night/6 day, commencing from May 12, 2022. Booking & other follow up communications was good. They assigned one "Himavat Destination Pvt Ltd" as tour operator . Minor issues started on commencement of journey itself as we changed vehicle in between. Driver has no money to put petrol and we waited in Pump for Google payment. Next 2 days was Ok. Again issue started once we reached Lachen. As per Itinerary, Driver is acting as Guide also, but he don't even know the name of hotel we are staying and we find out name. On reaching,it is learnt that there is no booking there and after one hour got accommodation in another hotel. Against Delicious Dinner, there we got one freezed chappathi, about 100 gram rice , Dal and one egg. On leaving the restaurant, they handover the mouth watering breakfast also, 2 packet bread and 4 sachets of sauce. But till then No risk was to our life, the real agony started on 5th day, day for visiting Zero point, as usual he reached late and started rash driving. He was always chewing something, we afraid, some drug content he using. On the way , due to rash drive, he hit on rock and tyre bursted. With help of other drivers he changed tyre and since then he was horrible. He began to chew frequently and fell in to the influence of drugs(seems) and vehicle moved zigzag. At Youngthang Valley we got down as we were sure he will drive in to deep. Imagine, our group had 3 ladies and one small girl. Other Drivers came for our help and stopped vehicle and try to accommodate us. Many SUV were not agreed finally one couple, by the grace of God, agreed to accommodate us and dropped at Lachung. In the mean time we contacted the tour operators and they arranged another vehicle from Lachung to Gangtok.
My understanding is, as this is the peak season, though, people like Himavat is small players, they are taking all booking from Thrillophilia and other bookings platforms and again sub- letting to other people. Since last leg getting only negligible amount, they are compromising for everything, including Driver background. Thrillophilia may be good one, but no guarantee about their tour operator
