Good place for children but go at your own risk
Nov 2019
Value for money, its a good place for kids just a bit further down from colaba causeway. But the attendants are only busy chatting and gossipping amongst themselves. the 3 lady attendants who were sitting on the top where no one could see them, seemed engrossed in their phone which is quite common these days among the young generation. 1 child fell and was hurt, my child also toppled on the slide but there was no one to attend to them. A parent was going on the slide where it is clearly mentioned adults are not allowed.
When I took up the issue at the reception, i was given an excuse that the manager had to leave due to a family emergency - which had no connection with the attendants missing from their duty.
This is my 2nd visit. Even during the 1st visit, my son had fallen in the party room and hurt his forehead and was bleeding. No attendant in the room that time too! Wonder why they are even employed!

Great Indoor Playground
Nov 2017 • Family
This is a great place for kids when indoor running-around is needed. We tried many of these indoor playgrounds in Mumbai and this is by far the best. Other places, it has to be said, had better natural light, better ventilation and much better food, but really none of that mattered much. Why? Because the staff are just so great and playful at Go Bonkers. That makes all the difference for a single child visiting from out of town. Thanks!

May 2017 • Family
Safe hygienic and a large range of activities for your kids to keep them physically active.
Wearing socks a must, so carry your own pair.
Any no of adults allowed to sit n watch, also attached cafeteria and washroom . Support staff is active and helpful. Completely baby proof with no sharp edges, protective flooring etc. Must visit for little ones

Truly fun.

I have taken my kid to several indoor play areas, roughly 4, in the city of Bombay (Mumbai). But this one stands out.

1. For starters the place is huge!! Not only horizontally but also vertically. Compared to most other play areas which are in malls, this one is a stand alone play area. Lot of place for accompanying parents, guardians or nannies to sit. There's a decent cafeteria too.

2. The staff is simply amazing, especially the ones who supervise the kids in the play area. Most of them are girls and from their conduct they seem to actually be supervisors who have some training. On each of my visit and there have been quiet a few for my kid, the supervisors have just been amazing. I have also seen them comfortable with toddlers between 2-4 yr olds. More than anything in a play area, I think the staff are important for they take away the huge anxiety and nervousness the parents , guardians and nannies have about the kid getting hurt etc. If you like courteous staff which knows how to do their job, then you have to count this as an USP of this place.

3. The slide is their other USP is definitely their slide. It's huge, almost like a 2 storey high slide and it's very well made to care of the kids who will use it. The end of the slide is well padded. Now whether the slide is smooth or not depends on a lot of factors, including even the temperature or even the kind of fabric the kid is wearing. All on all the slide smoothness is not an issue.

4. There's a ball pen, a basketball hoop which is with a goal post. There's the soft ball shooter and 2 more machines which work soft balls. The place is like an obstacle course which is awesome for kids.

5. I rate this place very highly. The price for one kid is 600 for an hour, which for the locale and service is fair. Plus adults are not charged.

6. My kid loves this place and so I.

Indoor play area
Sep 2016 • Family
I had gone with my two young sons aged 8+ and 4+ and my sister with her two children, a daughter and a son some days back to Go bonkers at Colaba. It was the first time and the expectations were high since we had been earlier to similar play areas. We went on a Tuesday which had unlimited play time after paying the registration fees. Honestly I was glad to see the play area. It was huge and I knew my kids would have a great time. All was well till we reached home. My sons showed me scratches on their elbows and knees which they got at the play area. I believe there may be some portions which may have rough padding. Also they told me that though the slide was huge, it wasnt slippery enough to slide down and while trying to slide down, one of them tumbled and got the scratches/bruises.
I appreciate that Go bonkers has set up a play area where children can release their energy after a long day/week at school but they should periodically also maintain the areas which may be dangerous for young kids. No doubt there were attendants but they were only sitting down at ground level talking amongst themselves rather than keeping an eye on the kids.
One more grouse is that my son told me that one boy who must be around 11-12 on one of the higher levels put down his shorts and exposed his buttocks to my niece. How disgusting is that! Where were the attendants to monitor all this?
I may go back for the sole reason that my children had a really good time but I will be wary of their safety and bullying by other children.
