responsible company. I was the only one who signed up so one of the owners led me around. Good variety of foods and knowledge guide. This tour is best done on your first day in Mumbai so you know what restaurants and food stylse to revisit.

This was a fun, educational, and tasty food tour that was a great welcome to Mumbai. Not only do you learn about the history of the different food, the guide teaches you about various landmarks in the city while walking between stops. I would recommend this tour to a solo female traveler, I definitely felt safe and comfortable walking around in the evening. I was nervous about walking back to my hotel across some busy intersections, so the tour guide actually gave me a ride back, which was super nice! My sister and I booked this food tour through Tripadvisor (Viver), but got the date mixed up due to time change. I frantically called the tour operator-Amaze tour-and they were quick to respond and change the date to accommodate us. Then...we went to a wrong meeting location. Another frantic call and the tour guide came to us, instead of telling us to come to the right location. We tasted "bread dipped in various yummy sauce", a tiny crunch pastry filled with chick-pea which you eat in one bite-both of which I can't remember the names but quite interesting. Then we walked through a park to go to a street lined with street vendors and had wonderful dosa (Indian crepe filled with various stuffing). It was the best dosa we had in all of India. Then Dnish took us in a taxi to the best kebab restaurant where we had chicken Tikka kebab. Finally the K...Ice cream store by taxi again. I had mango ice cream which was a dream. He put us in a taxi to our hotel and we came home satisfied and full. Thanks, Dnish.…
