We took the Real Breads workshop with Reshmy in May. Neither of us had a lot of experience baking bread so this was a great way to learn it for the first time. There were also some more experienced bakers in the class, and what was great was that it worked for all skill levels. There were only 6 people and... More

You would believe that you could create such awesome dips and bread, yourself which we did at Reshmy's two separate workshops : one for dips and one for whole-wheat breads. It was an awesome experience. She gives the basic technique and lets us experiment with the flavors, under her expert guidance. The pesto, the mayo, the salsa and the hot... More

I've always wanted to learn how to bake bread and when I finally got to attend the one by Bombay Chow-party, was absolutely delighted. Within 15 minutes of getting there, I figured our host, Reshmy was clearly very passionate about baking and all things food and that made the session that much more fun. We rolled up our sleeves and... More

I recently attended the 'Real Breads Workshop' at Bombay Chow-party. It was a complete hands-on session on baking, which could engage both a novice and an experienced cook equally well. From aquanting us with the the history, physics and chemistry of bread, Reshmy took us on a magical journey of baking it. Flour, butter, yeast and various garnishings went in,... More

I had a fantastic time baking bread at Reshmy's place. I walked in with great fear actually. I do cook, but baking bread? No way. Reshmy is a really warm person. She opened her heart and home to so many of us and held my hand and taught me the ropes. The breads baked were fantastic. The family and friends... More

Loved getting to learn both the super easy breads and the more technical french bread. Was really nice watching and feeling the dough change through the whole process. Getting to chose and experiment with our own shapes and falvour combinations was fun!

Had a great time learning the art of baking bread with Reshmy . The evening ended on a great note with all of us gorging on our various baked breads which we had made with a lot of effort, enthusiasm and fun. The various accompaniments along with the bread and the wine made it all memorable. I have baked bread... More

I had a fantastic time at the bread workshop! It was informative and interesting, but above all that it was great fun! It has certainly got me itching to try my hand at it at home...... All the folks at home loved loved the bread and are eagerly waiting for the next batch. My kids loved the choco monkey bread!... More

I attended Reshmy's bread workshop in February. The description said that it would be a 6 hour workshop with 3 types of bread followed by a bread appreciation party. Having tried (not very successfully) my hand at bread making the class was a must do. My expectations were high and yet the workshop surpassed them. The workshop was conducted at... More
