The place is generally full of friends & couples. But still it is worth to visit, since this place provides you some exceptional view points wrt photography purpose. You can have some exceptional sea view, or city view in background. Worth visiting!

Whenever I have my niece and there family visiting us in Mumbai, we are sure to hang around and spend a good time at Nariman Point and have a good breeze of the Sea, post that have nice waffle ice cream at Rustoms
