This is the best place for buying anything in bulk, any product, best price and if you are good at bargaining, this place is a hub for you

Historically I'm sure this is important. Built by the British and not maintained since. It sells fruit and veg and you can see a lot of people sleeping!. Not exactly a bustling market place. We got ripped off by some guy telling us he was...More

Crawford market was my first Indian Market experience! The place pulsates with life and energy. The number of stalls and sections to the market is staggering. Some sections, like the fruit and veg section are full of colour, while other sections like the butchery are...More

Genuine Indian market in an old large British time building. Basically food, meat, fruits and vegetables. You need to go there for the ambience, the smells, the show of the shopkeepers.

A bit quieter then what I imagined it would be. It's going through renovation and a lot of the vendors had very few customers. The lane for vegetables was very squeezed and dirty.

It's the biggest wholesale market in south mumbai where you can buy from food stuff, chicken, mutton, fruits, vegetables, foreign stuff like shampoos, chocolates, soaps n eatables, grains etc. The rate is cheaper but beware of fake foreign stuff.

Whether it fruits or spices, Crawford Market has everything to offer. The rates are economical but if you can't bargain, it makes no sense going here.
