It's a Hillock in Southern Mumbai and VVIP residential area to many businesses tycoons and film personalities and it's the highest point in South Mumbai offering a beautiful scenic views of the Queen's Necklace. Also it's one of the expensive residential area one must visit this place during their stay in Mumbai.

Malabar Hill is well known in Mumbai for its expensive real estate. Some points in this area provide some great views of the Marine Drive and the Arabian Sea. The "Hanging Gardens of Mumbai" are also located at Malabar Hill.
