    Amazing Experience at Marine Drive
Amazing experience with Mumbai Tour Vision at Marine Drive! Our guide, Guru, was knowledgeable and enthusiastic, sharing fascinating stories about the city's history and landmarks. The sunset views were breathtaking, and we even got to see the iconic Gateway of India. The tour was well-organized, and Guru went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable experience. Highly recommend Mumbai Tour Vision for a fantastic Marine Drive tour! 5/5 stars!

    Christmas Magic at Marine Drive
Marine Drive is twinkling with joy this Christmas! There is magic in twinkling lights, festive decorations and a calm, pleasant breeze in your face. Buildings around you are lit up with holiday lights, and the sounds of carolers or street performers help to ensure that those who walk by enjoy that Christmas spirit. Treats in the form of delicious cakes and coffees are sold from pop-up stalls, whilst the peaceful first-light mornings give you a great reason to bring along a picnic hamper for breakfast by the sea. For a twist of uniqueness, get down onto the yachts and experience it along with pleasant city skyline views. Marine Drive during Christmas. It's bliss, friends or alone! Do not miss the season.

    Feels like a Bollywood scene
Best spot to chill in Mumbai. The sea breeze, sunset views, and endless people-watching make it special. Great for a slow evening stroll. Gets crowded post 6 PM. Grab a chai and enjoy the skyline. Feels like a Bollywood scene.

Marine Drive is a beautiful seaside promenade with the Arabian Sea on the one side and the bustling megacity, Bombay passing by. When I visited there was construction underway on a portion of the promenade but there were walkaways that had ben erected for safe walking. It is most visited by locals, seniors on walks and young people all dressed up in their finest. It is a great place to people watch

Bombay is a city where you can enjoy with large sums of money or also at a fraction of that cost. The most beautiful attraction in Mumbai is the ocean. You can visit it from parks, beaches or many vast view points like Marine Drive. There is a beautiful long walkway and benches for you to sit and soak in the sunset views or just watch the world go by.

I first came through here on the drive from the airport to Colaba. I accidentally came back while walking along the street and ended up walking along the drive. The views were quite nice but it was hindered by the smog. There were plenty of people witting along the seawall and the seats along the drive. The footpath is quite wide so it was quite comfortable walking along it even when it was busy. The breeze along the water was quite nice so it made for a nice walk. I ended up coming back while walking to Girgaon Chowpatty. It was nice until it hit the construction when it was a bit more hectic due to the lack of footpaths.
I did enjoy walking along the drive though. It is nice both during the day and at night. There are quite nice lights along the drive at night. It does get busy too so the traffic along it can get quite heavy.

Nice place to chill with the locals, take a walk and enjoy the views. Apparently, Sunday morning is a good time to go, if you want to see 'local activity' like people practising yoga or something. We went on a Saturday morning when it wasn't too busy. I am guessing it is packed in the evening.

Went around 9:00 a.m. on a weekday and found it an excellent place to stroll along the sea, though early morning or late evening is better but possibly more crowded. Peaceful sounds of the sea striking against the rocks. Very few people sitting alongside the cement ramp along the whole course. Very clean and easy to walk along shady trees as the sun rises up. Becomes very hot soon so you can sit below trees with the cool breeze. The area is surrounded by good five star hotels and not so busy roads at this hour. Few morning walkers spotted. No hawkers spotted.

There are plenty of things which makes Mumbai special but this plays a crucial role. The place is one of the most beautiful parts of the city and irrespective of how tedious the day feels this place certainly helps in pausing the time and giving everyone the break they need. The place feels refreshing, is impressive and absolutely fascinating. And the nicest thing about this place is that it's open to all, irrespective of the timing.

One of my favorite hangout place in Mumbai.
Come here to see the sunset and relax your mind.
Come with family, friends or as a couple. Parking can be an issue. Better to come by a public toilet.
During lockdown in Maharashtra in the month of April to August 2021 it was completely shut for general public.

What a vibrant city mumbai is . We stayed at the ambassador just around the corner from Marine Drive. The first evening there we went out to explore the vibrant city and once we negotiated the hectic road we strolled along a
Jewel of a promenade overlooking the Arabian Sea. The night lights of the high rise cityscape were on the promenade busy with runners walkers young and old what a delight . Best time is at night to walk or early morning to run

Being a local, I have been to Marine Drive many a times and never get bored. The Marine Drive starts from Nariman Point at South end and ends at Chowpatty in the North. It's about 3-4 km drive. Although the drive can be pleasant the real pleasure is seating and enjoying the sunset. The esplanade is crowded most of the time, but you wouldn't mind the crowd and can enjoy the views with some snacks sold by hawkers.
