Once a walking galore for big industrialists and rich is now a common man's corridor for view of the mesmerizing Arabian Sea.... It glitters at night with those yellow lights which viewed from walkeshwar / hanging gardens seems like a necklace. A... More

One of the best places in the city. Nicknamed the Queens Necklace because of the yellow streetlights glittering in the evening, it’s a beautiful stretch of promenade overlooking the sea- perfect for a evening walk, especially during the sun set.

Take coconut water & sit after walking. Spend three hours. You will not be tired. Most of the people visiting here become happy. I've visited the place innumerable times... More

As described one of the best place to be around in Mumbai. A small suggestion to maintain cleanness on the beach.

I love to walk here any time of the day, specially in rainy season enjoying the the view of Arabian sea which is rough and crashes on the boulders spraying mists. The walk from Chowpatty to Nariman Point is awesome.

This name was derived from the fact that the entire curve of Marine Drive looks like a necklace at night when all the lights are switched on along the entire stretch. Also famous for its lashing waves & & young lovers courting along the concrete edge & enjoying roadside food delicacies which is a huge attraction for locals as well... More
