Nice Beach But Not Clean

I visit Juhu beach with my friends. We had lots of fun there. We had ice gola, pav bhaji and vada pav on the stalls near the beach.

Early morning and late evening is the best time to visit Juhu. Evening hours are generally crowded. At your discretion you may choose walking on the sandy shore which is dirty and poorly maintained. Although the beach is dirty, one may enjoy the soothing breeze and the view of glittering city in the night. For foodies who loves munching on... More

A long and beautiful beach which has been the landmark for suburban Mumbai. The beach is dotted with vendors of 'bhutta' (roasted corn), boiled/roasted peanuts and 'Nariyal pani' (coconut water). The central portion of the beach has many food stalls and even some cafes on the road alongside. The water is usually warm and great to wade into. The beach... More

i recently visited juhu beach after so many years and i was shocked to see garbage everywhere.this beach is not at all maintained.people just throw their bottles, plastic bag everything on the beach. It's the visitors responsibility to keep the beach and its surrounding clean.other than the cleanliness the beach has some activities and so many food stalls available.

Being a true Mumbaikar I love going on the beaches to see the sun setting. I recently visited Juhu beach after many years. I felt extremely sad to see the dirt around. there were plastic bags, bottles lying strewn across the beach. Visitors should strive to keep the beach clean to maintain its hygiene and beauty.

Bombay hardly has beaches. Juhu beach doesn't do anything to better that. An occasional gola and exercise is all I'd throw in. It's too crowded and dirty for my liking

A great place to sample the local chaat along the beach stalls, which was prepared hygienically. No stomach aches. The best time to visit is in the evening as the entire place comes to life. Do not recommend a swim as the water is not always clean.
