Great sunday outing. Beautiful drive. Educative for the children. You develop an interest about the milky way etc... children actually get engrossed. Very well maintained, neat and clean. And if you are lucky to be at the right time then you can watch the show at 3 pm which is in Englsih, the one at 1.30 pm is in Hindi.... More

You must visit & watch a programme in English. It is informative & attractive too. A small bookshop near that too is good. Snacks shop has limited items & is costly too.

It was a wonderful experience even though the we missed the English show. Since we attended Hindi show, it was bit difficult to understand. But overall good experience.

I remember having first gone there when I was a kid, and having loved the experience, and having taken it back with me to cherish for years! Recently took my nephews & nieces there & the magic was still alive :)

The Nehru Planetarium is located in Worli near the NSCI and Race Course. It has educational material about the galaxy and universe and a stars that is projected on the dome ceiling. It is targeted towards children. The audio and projection quality is not up to the mark and needs to be updated.

The place shows you a film which talks about the Galaxy, stars and various planets as well as situations/events linked our planet. The Auditorium does give you a feel as you are sitting under the sky in the night. Although it is... More
