An excellent blue lake amidst a clamoring city. It's a much welcomed sight and there is a promenade worked around a piece of it so individuals can appreciate the perspective. The Renaissance Hotel has a Lake bistro ignoring this spotless lake.

Good view, wind and walkways developed. Hygiene needs improvement, constant traffic of JVLR on one side. There is a ghat that has evolved into a place for Sradha ( hindu rituals for the departed) with 10-15 poojaris stationed with their apparatus and all. Good for an occasional walk if you are in the area. Lake looks serene from a distance,... More

This can be a nice and welcome surprise for you if you are new to Mumbai and searching for a place which is little away from crazyness of Mumbai. The lake is big and nice though at times it lacks maintenance from BMC. You can do boating in this lake.

The powai lake is a refreshing place for a morning or evening walk. I have been here on some random time and we loved the time we spent here. The view is also very good and refreshing.

This lake over years have been made a good place for couple to walk around . gets crowded on week ends, but has greenery and lake view they could still improve by having music fountains, and some water shows to make it more attractive

Nice place for jogging and roaming around. The attraction is color fountains during the evening time. It's on Jogeshwari-Vikhroli link road, popularly known as JVLR.

The lake has a long footpath besides the road which is normally clean and provides ample seating with a majestic view of the lake. We visited the Powai dam which was not easy to locate. To reach there ,reach L & T Infotech .On the other side... More
