This is a gigantic home and is the home of the wealthiest man in India, Mr. Mukesh Ambani. It has 27 floors and is easily seen from several different areas. We were on a tour and stopped to look at it from the outside. I have to say that it really didn’t look like a home to me, but I’m sure the inside would be a different story. Not worth going out of your way to see.

Antilia is situated in the world’s most expensive Altamount Road in Mumbai. The owner of the large building is Mukesh Ambani. The building comes with 27 floors, replete with extra-high ceilings. Every floor is the same height of an average two-storeyed building. The architectural design of Antilia has been fashioned along the lines of the lotus and the sun. The top six floors of the building have been set aside as the private full-floor residential area. The Mukesh Ambani home comes with a mega-temple, a host of guest suites, a salon, an ice-cream parlour and a private movie theatre to accommodate 50 people. The Antilia has six dedicated floors for cars having space to accommodate 168 cars. The building has a dedicated car service station on the seventh floor.

The house of Mr. Mukesh Ambani, the richest man in India and often tops the list in the world as well, whenever the rupee becomes stronger compared to the dollar. You can’t really miss the sight of this huge building, not when you are in south Mumbai. The shape is quite odd actually, with all the curves and twists all along its structure. But one can’t really go inside this house, so dies it really qualify to get enlisted as an attraction? I don’t agree.

It is one of the single largest residence in the country. The 27 floor building located in the South is owned by leading industrialist Mukesh Ambani. It has two helipads and has 100s of staff to provide round the clock service. The building is named after mythic island.
