this place like any other place speciallizes only in south indian foods and that too is not good. i have had better food in mysore at many other places. not at all recommended

What a disappointment, for this early 20th century armory, located just off the palace en route to Ooty, remains closed to public by the palace trust. Would have been interesting to go in and have a feel of how the European-style armory looked like!

It has the armoury used in the history when kings ruled the city , now it is a museum of armoury . it has guns ,cannons etc..

At present this heritage building is awaiting renovation and I do not think it is open for visitors
