it was nice to see Buddhist monks praying. alk though a guided tour would ve more welcome go understand buddiat culture and their ways . well maintained temple.

Love this place though i have been visiting it several times.There is a mystic feeling each time i visit. Wish they sell their butter tea to the public. would also like to see one of their houses in their settlement

On the way to Madikeri from Mysore, you got to turn left from the highway, watch out for the SIGN BOARD, once you turn left, there will be a stretch when you just see empty meadows...continue and you will hit the monastery.
