The statues are magnificent. Atmosphere is quiet and calm. Dragon heads are in 3D projections which was interesting.

We went to this monastery as a group. Every one of our group enjoyed the divine and distinct structure and rituals. Very neatly maintained and huge statues of Buddha are the highlights. Parking & Toilet facilities are neatly maintained. Nearby there are many facilities offering adventure games, though only seen with the name boards and not went for.

Looking for peace ? Come to this place. Try to spend some time in the temple. Don't just come as a tourist like most people. You can actually listen to your inner self here. Must visit place for Mysuru/Coorg travellers.

In Kushalnagar is the resettlement colony of tibeteans, where this temple is located. A huge golden statue inside the temple. Don't miss to eat momos just outside the temple gate on one of the carts.
