I know Adil for five years now. If you have any question, any Problem or just wanna have a chat...go to Adil. So many people get connected because of him.

The quality of the oils are good and the prices are totaly fair. Don‘t feel like a tourist here. You don‘t have to buy anything, but if you do you are contributing to a beautiful place and to a culture of friendlyness.

The title sentence not only describes incredible India, but also incredible Adils Shop! While staying in Mysore for a few months, this place truly took away my heart. No matter what made you come to India, to Mysore, or the beautiful Devaraja Market and this special shop, for sure you will find a part of what you were looking for here. Whether it is a good soul to talk to, some friendly advise about the city and its surroundings or indian culture, a layed back place between all the busy life, a book to lend and read, a place to meet other people, or just a chai to drink while chitchatting about the world, you will find it here. Whether you want to buy some spices, some decorative articles, trousers, incense sticks or Adils lovely oils, you will also find these here and get the above mentioned for free. Having a place to come to on a daily basis truly influenced my experiences in India in such a deep way, that I already came back here and that I would always want to come back again and enjoy it's atmosphere. It is one of the best places to be in Mysore and Adil is one of the nicest persons to meet. His oils and incense sticks still make me happy until today. They will always make you remember the time you got to spend there to have conversations about the more important or less important things, or remind you simply about India and its culture. Or they just give you a good smell. :D After all, 'Mysore Herbal' became my signature scent of the oils and whenever I use it I will be thinking myself back to the shop and all its beautiful little treasures to find there, to buy or not to buy. SO. Summing it up again and stop daydreaming about it: Not only somehow everything is possible to find here, you will somehow find more than you might think! Just look in the right corner of the shop. Or just ask Adil! ;D

Adils Shop is my favourite place in Mysore. I spend there a lot of time during my stays in India. Even if there are many shops which offer similar stuff there is no better place to try those good smelling indian oils, different instant sticks, colourful powders and small gifts like elephant chains or wooden elephants. All of the products have a good quality and fair price! But the best thing about the shop is the athmosphere. You can sit there talking to volunteers from all over the world and the kind and wonderful shop keeper adil. The shop is a meeting point for volunteers and there are also many other tourist and "yogis" who spend there time there drinking a good chai and enjoying India. Adil got a close friend to me during the time i spend there. If you have any questions, problems or worries talk to him and I'm sure he can help you.

This small shop in Devaraja market is a place you have to visit when coming to Mysore! Adil and Azam are two of the most amazing, kind, helpful and funny people I ever met. They will not leave you hanging wether you're facing any challenges and need help or just want to have a good time. They welcome everyone with open arms. They sell really nice oils and other things and if you need advice, tips or ideas for where to go in Mysore, you should definitely come. Even if you know everything already, come and have a chai and a chat with them, I promise the visit will improve your day.

Hey guys,

went to Mysore in August this year and met two of the nicest people around the world in this store. Adil and Azam help you with every problem you got, taking care of you and your friends. Especially if you're completely new to India or Mysore. Come to their store for some chai and a few or more words. Let them show you some of the nice smelling oils they got and be part of a experience a lot of people had in the last years. Just take a look at all the books with stories from people all around the world they got.
You will not regret it! Greetings Alex from Germany :)

Adil's Shop has became a second home for me. It's a shop, an excellent shop, where you can find great oils and incense sticks and more for good prices. But it's more than just a shop, it was the place where I spend my free time in Mysore, Adil brought me often Chai and we talked about everything, if you wanna get any kind of information about the beautiful but also strange country India, you can ask him for recommendations, you defenetely have to visit him in his shop

Hello everyone. Mysore is one of my favourite place on my trip. After visiting adil's beautiful shop it's even better for me because I was stayed in hotel mauyra which is very close to devraja market the staff from hotel arrange me a day trip of mysore for very reasonable price they took me to many places most of them are shopping places and they took me to an oil shop called kamal pansari. They ripped me off very much I had to pay like 2400 for the bottle of 10ml for lotus oil. Than the next day I found adil's shop where all the volunteers were hang around. Than I got to know about the scam which happened to me in the old market through my hotel staff.
I found very good and even much better oils at adil's shop just for 200 rupees for the same bottle. So please be careful all the travellers and bag packers. And don't miss to visit adil's shop for good conversation with hot chai. And also for all kind of information.

Once you enter the Mysore Devaraja Market you will be overwhelmed with impressions, the smells and the colors. Finding Adil’s shop was like finding an oasis in the middle of a desert.
If you’re searching for souvenirs or some original gift ideas, Adil’s shop is the right one to turn to. He is providing you with oils of best quality, incense sticks, colors and spices, small decorations and different garments, everything for a fair price.
And if you’re traveling alone or even with your friends and family and you want to relax for a while, Adil is always happy to welcome you in his shop to have a nice chat over a hot cup of chai. He is truly the kindest person you’ll ever meet.
