The place quit far from the city, and the road are not so good. Garden is quit big and its location is near to KRS dam. The point of attraction was said to be the musical Fountain. But which was totaly waste of time. We have to wait a lot for Fountain to start. We lose around full day in... More

Brindhavan garden still hold the majestic view and feel factor, even though many new garden in various parts of country have now come in being. It a serene place to be with family and a must visit while in Mysore. The calmness and the beauty is only felt than told. The music fountain is on the other part of the... More

This garden is inseparable when you visit KRS dam, both are same only. It is infront of the dam, its divided by south & north garden, good place to hangout. Didn't see the dancing lights so cant comment on it. Its worth a visit and many other attraction near by 1. KRS backwaters - backwaters, Old temple(Venugopala swamy temple) 2.... More

Disappointing. Very badly maintained. Drive to the place from Mysore is jumpy. Much better musical fountains are available in many places in India. Garden also is ill maintained. Water body stinks. Unusually crowded on holidays. In very bad hands. You can give it a miss.

Brindavan Garden is adjacent to Krishnaraj Sagar Dam in the Mandya District very close to historic city of Mysore (Mysuru), kanarnataka. It is one of the most famous and well maintained gardens of India. Going to this garden means visiting so many things altogether i.e. Krishnrajasagar Dam built on river Cauvery and the musical fountain. The Beindavan Gardens are at... More

Park is very impressive. It used to be popular spot for Bollywood & colywood movies and I understand why. The light and sound show at night was awesome. Best time is to get there about 4pm and watch the light & sound show and return. Only issue was driving out to city after the show because of the chaotic traffic... More

A must visit kind of a place but can be managed in a better way. A huge crowd on holidays can lead to stampede kind of situation in darkness.

We reached the spot exactly 6pm to watch musical fountain which starts at 6:30pm.. As it was Sunday the place was over crowded, more than 1000 cars and buses, long standing queues at ticket counters. No proper management, musical fountain was over hyped but practically it was just 20min show, can be watched once....Garden was huge and maintained well. Overall... More
