    I loved Gozo cab. They are always on time. There was a fear in my mind about their services after reading some reviews but there was no such issues. I traveled with them twice in 10 days. Yes Gozo has no customer care no to talk t them directly that creat some doubts. Gozo must look for this to become more reliable taxi service.

    Travelled between Barsana and New Delhi. After finalising the trip I paid advance of 25%. The taxi arrived well before time. The vehicle was clean and well maintained. The driver was polite and courteous, and we enjoyed the comfort of the trip. Overall a pleasent experience. Recommended for other users.

    Great experience with my ride/driver and easy to communicate with the GOZO staff.
    This is the second time I’ve used Gozo and I’m really pleased with this second trip. The first trip was good, but this trip was exceptional. The driver was so charismatic and congenial and the car was excellent. We arrived ahead of time and I enjoyed the trip so much that I lost track of the time and I thought it had been only an hour or so. A truly great experience.

    Excellent experience with Gozocabs
    Good Cabs provided exceptional service. I booked a cab (for the first time) from Jamshedpur to Ranchi and my experience was superb. Cab came on time, driver was very professional, booking experience on their website was hassle free and lastly price for the trip was reasonable. Overall I enjoyed the booking with Gozocabs, I will definitely refer to friends and family.

    Journey from Dehradun to delhi
    The drive was polite and professional. Overall journey experience was nice. We were supposed to catch the flight in 5 hrs and 30 minutes. The driver was able to make us reach in 5 hours only without taking any single halt

    GOZO Cabs highly committed service and excellent cabs and drivers.
    I had booked Gozo cabs for pick up on 25th August from Allepey. On 24th afternoon due to change of program had to reschedule the cab to 24th evening from 25th at short notice. Cab was arranged and confirmed in very short time without any difficulty. The driver was excellent and cab condition also super. Special Thanks to Mou Basu who coordinated on phone and closed the issue . We had to reach Eranakulam station from allepey at short notice. Thanks Mou thanks GOZO Cabs.

    Gozo cabs service is so comfortable that we have started leaving other aĺternatives. Starting from booking, service call, pricing, cab quality, driver behavior and timing all so amazing, that we cannot but give 100 marks to them. My tips to fellow travellers.     Tour isn't complete without Gozo Cabs

After a service cancellation by a bus company, I needed an alternative way of journeying from Nagerkoil to Trivandrum. Comparative pricing on-line meant accessing various websites of cab companies for a reasonably priced out-station taxi. Gozo Cabs website will not furnish pricing until some personal information is entered, viz. email and mobile phone number. This lead to four SMS messages, eight emails and half a dozen unsolicited telephone calls from 13:40 - 23:00, each more aggressively desperation in tone, pushing to "complete the booking". Needless to say, I went with another company.

Such bullying will not be tolerated by a potential customer. Put your prices where they can be seen and don't misuse private data!

I tried to book a car on this site but eventually used another company because I found that when I put my address as Delhi the price was great but when I put the address as Pahargang - about 3 km from the city centre the price went up 50% on a 288km booking. That's crazy. I understand from this booking practice that you must not book without your correct address because if you book with the advise later option you will get a bad surprise later.

I booked a tempo traveller from Gozo for my family of 8 for a trip between Mumbai to Shirdi. I had the worst first experience with Gozo.
Even after making the booking approximately a month before my trip, my booking was cancelled and the communication for the same was made to me just hours before the trip.
I had received the confirmation email for the trip and had even paid the advance.
Eventually, since I didn’t have any other option, due to my other bookings at Shirdi, I had to make a new booking with Gozo. And to my surprise they charged me an extra ₹3000, instead of charging me the same price, even though the mistake was at their end.
None of their customer care executives were able to resolve my issue and they were all giving me the same textbook lines of their protocols.
Hell, I don’t think there is any “customer care” department because all the calls that I got were from either the cancellation team or the new booking team and there was no coordination in what each of them were saying.
They boast of a 5-star rating but I didn’t find them worth it.
Use Ola outstation instead. At least you’ll be assured of the service and their rates are almost similar.

I had to travel from mumbai to indore during lockdown and decided to book a cab from gozo cabs. Lesser did I know what a messy and absolute nightmare service was waiting for me. My journey was assigned to some person who called me up and may 20% in advance which is the company's policy. Shortly I was assigned a driver and a cab for which I had to apply for an e pass. Driver got in touch with me and said he will help me obtain an e pass for some money. As times were difficult and I was desperate to get home I agreed. To my surprise he obtained an e pass for a different cab and a different driver and told me that now I'll have to go in that cab. I contacted the supervisor assigned to me who told me that driver is trying to help he and there are no safety issues. So I went ahead. A day before the travel driver called me up and said that the other driver has denied to come as both of them got into a fight over money. Again I called the supervisor who said he will sort out the problem. Shortly he called me back and said that the actual driver assigned to you by company will be coming tomorrow. Here was some relief but then the driver decided not to pick up my calls. Again I called up the supervisor who again decided to sort things out but this time he told me that the veichle assigned to you is in garage and you will have to postpone. I have had enough and asked him to cancel and refund my money. Which he obviously denied. Such was my horrifying experience with them. Got no refund and wasted my 4 days because of them.

Gozo Charged for a new car[ less than 2 yrs old ] , I paid for a new car,
but they sent me a Car that had done 1,75,000 KM + , which did not match with the description, even the vehicle number was different , driver was decent, but car was in such damaged condition with flat tyres , where I had to spend 15 hours, from Manali to Delhi. Driver did not come to pickup stop as it was snowing, had to leave 2 hours late. The number of the Car, was different from the booking, Told the call centre, they did not follow up with a solution.

Unresponsive call centres, underemployed, no call back, did not share the car number or any details as expected 4 hours before the travel, woke up shocked, Customer support was inconclusive, did not solve any problems, ignored my case, no refund issued or solution offered even after charging for a new car and sending an old car. was told either Petrol or Diesel, the Car was CNG, Hardly space for my stuff as I had booked for 3 large luggages , the car driver wanted me to pay in advance for his Fuel, CNG etc wasted my time by stopping because they thought Gozo had cheated me and now I will not pay when I reach Home, Had to pay because who wants to get stuck on the way back from a holiday, ruined my entire day and mood. Definitely never getting a Cab with Gozo going forward, pathetic team and working model.

after charging 1500 extra for a new car, Making me spend 1000 for reaching another pickup stop , wasting 4 hours of my travel time, Gozo offered me 250, for the inconvenience, they can shove that money up their A $$

Dear Sir, After hearing from you we looked in the issue & verified with the driver. He stated that he had already informed you about the changed cab & also shared the details with you through message wherein you agreed. We also came to know that you informed the driver that INR 1000 will be paid less since the cab is old & the driver agreed to that & went for the trip. This was a mutual understanding between you & the driver. Accordingly at the end of the trip an amount of INR 1098 was paid less than the actual due amount. As a gesture of apology we have credited an amount of INR 600 in your Gozo Account for full usage in future trips with us. Regards, Customer Advocacy Team.

Dont rely on these . they will screw your travel plans by cancelling at the last moment. Had such an experience in Goa when on repeated calls and having already paid in advance , i got to know just 1/2 hr before i had to leave that they had no cabs and they 'apologize for the inconvience.' had to pay double for last minute random booking and as yet , after exactly a month, i havmt received the refund yet ( even after follow up for a petty sum on mail)

We deeply regret all the inconveniences that you have had to face as for genuine reasons the cab could not be arranged till the last hour, despite our sincere efforts. Although it may sound cliched and in weak defence presently, but we must state that unfortunately, your case has been an exception and is not the norm. The systems are in place to facilitate ease of travel for the customers. However, we did falter on this occasion, for genuine reasons. We offer our due apologies for not being able to be of good service to you. The refund of the advance stands initiated and shall reflect in your Account within 5-6 working days. In some cases, your financial institution may take upto 2-3 weeks for this transaction to show up on your account statement. Overall horrible trip. In 45 degree temperature, driver refused to turn on AC at 3 number. Driver said AC will be be on only at 2. As I was sitted in back seat with a 5 year old kid i requested to turn it at 3 and as soon as car gets cool enough he can reduce it to 2 but he rudely said he can turn it on 3 for max 5 mins during entire journey. And stopped the car as we started and asked me to change the cab. Said Call gozo customer centre and ask them to send different cab for me.

Gozo Call centre was not able to solve the problem and in turn it just wasted by approx 45 mins during which he kept car off and I and my 5 yr old ended up sitting in utter hot car without any AC for 45 mins. I also told driver that I can pay him extra for switching on AC at 3 but he was not ready to accommodate any request and said he will cancel the cab and I can take some other cab . He was simply taking advantage of situation at end moment.
In the end, I asked him to go whole journey per his conditions. while sweating whole way and traveling in fear that if I said anything to driver he might stop the trip on the way leaving me stranded on road with my 5 year old.
If i have to travel like this better i would have gone through bus in less than 500 rs and assurance of safety instead of paying you 3.5k for 215kms. This behaviour of driver is indirectly threatening.
While talking to your customer care driver was indirectly threatening me that madam if customer keeps asking for turning on the AC on the way I can't focus on driving. While whole journey he was non stop talking over phone.
I have lost trust in Gozo cabs now. After waiting me wait for 1 hr in hot cab your customer care didn't provide me any solution and ultimately left me on driver's conditions and mercy.

Very horrible service. Order Id - OW001945868.The support agent Pawan Kumar Singh confirmed Innova or a similar capacity car has we had confirmed we have luggage while booking in the evening and at. 9:30 pm called up saying they are providing Marrazo. At night around 1am the driver called up saying it will be Marrazo and also confirmed that the sitting arrangement provided by the agent was wrong. And when we tried resolving our issue with the agent he blocked our number and he switched off his phone as well. And when I called up their support they refused to give a refund of 25% amount paid. We have to leave in the morning at 4 am and arranging another car in 3 hours is not possible. Such a pathetic service who only cheat people and rob their money. I would suggest never to trust their service and support. Bad experience

I had booked cab from Chandigarh to IGI airport New Delhi on 16/11/2022 vide booking ID 202951581 and payment of Rs 1026 made as 30% in advance with a commitment that the cab will be available with carrier for the convenient journey of 4 passengers alongwith their respective 4 small size briefcases by Shri Ravi on mobile number 9230888598 with departure time ie 8.00pm .On 19/11/2022 vide message the vehicle number was intimated as PB01C1768 with driver name as Harwinder mobile number 9517999751 at 5.02 pm.I called Mr Harwinder at 6.54 and he shown his inability to perform the journey at 7.14 pm and he gave me another number 8728066709 assuring that he will pick & perform the said journey.I had extended pickup time from 8.00PMto 9.00 pm and driver reported at 8.35 pm with a Maruti Desire Sedan cab without luggage carrier resulting we couldn't adjust all the luggage and I reported the complete circumstances to the booking guy at number 9230888598 ,he further narrated that another call from some competent authority of GOZO will come . A call came from cell number 337122002 and wasted lot of time up to 9.30 pm pressuring that no any other vehicle will be provided & will have to adjust all in this vehicle only.Further uttering words that no refund will be initiated at all. We had to take flight for Portblair at 5.45 am with reported time at 3.30 am so we hired another taxi with a cost of Rs.5000. I witnessed many sedan cabs on the way to Airport having carrier installed at the top. In the hired Etios all luggage was adjusted in dickey itself.I had to pay extra amount to the tune of Rs 1300 as well refund loss which was paid in advance .I am going to file a legal case for this harassment as well for loss.I would advise that the services of Gozo are worst and totally contrary to commitment and should not be availed.

Gozo cabs and its customer care is most unprofessional service i have ever come across .
I had done a booking for parents with special request for good driver and cab , and i had specifically asked for Assured innova. Although i called 4-5 times to provide cab details one day prior , but they have worst policy of providing driver details just 4 hours early . Somehow got details 4 hours early .
Just before 1 hour everything was fine and suddenly when parents reached a new driver comes with Ertica and asks to sit in this cab telling Innova is damaged and without accepting an OTP starts cab . How unsafe ... Such is the standard of vendors.
Considering it unsafe we asked cab to stop for 1-2 hrs until Gozo confirms. What is not understood is why was driver changed . And moreover the new driver and no idea about the location where the visit is planned. Very unprofessional driver and was continuously rash driving . Not at all helpful . This is Gozo for you . never prefer this cab service . They are just fooling customers. Stay away
