The travel agent has help me alot in assisting in making my day trip as a memorable one. When contacting thru wassup it was immediately responded and he understood my requirements and proposed an itinerary. They also attend my request for Muslim guide. Although it is difficult request but they tried hard to fulfill my requirements. I was very happy. At the day of visit the guide that was provided Mr Riyaz was beyond expectation he brings with thru all the journey. Tirelessly explained and clarified the historical background of the visited place. As Muslim he understood my requirements at that time since it was in fasting month and the need for me to do prayers. He brought me many Mesjid around Delhi both for visit and prayers. In overall I was very satisfied with the service and recommend other to use the service especially for Muslim that needs personal care. Good job and well done... Greenland Journey !!!!

Excellent service provider. Driver Mr. John was very cool with lots of patience. He was very much co-operative during the sightseeing and very punctual on time. Its memorable trip for me and my wife.
Hotels provided in Cochin, Munnar, Thekkady and Alleppey Houseboat was very good neat and clean. Mr. Mukesh daily followup was very much appreciated. I will continue my next north India trip with Greenland Journey.

This company have been amazing to deal with.
It was my first time in India, and my partner's second. We wanted to explore as much as we could in a short timeframe, and the itinerary the company put together covered a number of awesome spots. The planning was flexible, and able to work around our schedule and any special additions we requested, even last minute changes (within reason, of course).
The itinerary covered all of the popular attractions, and many smaller nearby locations which really added a robust feel to the tour. The price was comparable to a bus tour, but with more flexibility and personalisation.
The staff were amazing, and very accommodating, and the tour guides and drivers were all very friendly. We were also travelling soon after the COVID-19 pandemic, and we are very grateful to those who helped us navigate our way around India during this 'new normal'.
An absolute delight, and ideal for anyone who still has the adventurous spirit, but has outgrown the backpack.

Hello to all readers reading this review. I booked South India tout for 17 days with greenland journey and was assisted initialy by Harneet Singh. i requested 3 start hotels but deluxe or superior room and hotels with good reviews. I as promised to receive what i requested and was asked to give an initial deposit. As my trip date was closer the tour operation manager Mr Ravinder contacted me asking me for full payment. i requested part payment can be done and rest on the final week after experiencing hotels and trip. The first hotel in chennai was a cheap third grade one with dirty room and bathroom after complaining nothing was done and was promised other hotels would be better and it was not even a deluxe room as promised by Mr ravinder and Harneet singh. When i reached rameswaram same problems dirty room, no hot water bathroom, no wifi in bedroom, costly food served in hotel which was tasteless .Flies can be seen everywhere in the Rameswaram Grand hotel. When informed Mr Ravinder all he could say was stop irritating him and complaining him for nothing. Last stop end of trip back to Chennai i was promised im booked in quality inn hotel near airport chennai. Check in time i was informed no booking on my name and if they got me a room i had to do payment myself which was suggested by Mr Ravinder. Once again Mr Ravinder claims he booked a hotel in Cochin instead of chennai having same name and the mistake was his. Check in was done in Chennai hotel after 3 hours wait in a standard room not deluxe room after Mr Ravinder booked on goibo.com at a cheap rate.
For such a costly trip and poor quality hotels without deluxe room provided as per our request and lack of customer service to assist clients this travel agency is a total rip off all.
They only remind you is to pay them and they charge a high rate unlike other travel agencies. Despite requesting english speaking driver i was provided with drivers whio speak tamil and do not understand english. Mr Ravinder needs to be more polite, understanding and welcoming with guests without speaking so many lies.

My experience was not satisfactory for the trip. We started of from Delhi airport straight to Agra then Jaipur and back to delhi. The trip until Jaipur was good. I was travelling with my parents(both of them above 60years) I mentioned this before booking my tour them. However, after the day long walking at the Amer Fort my parents wanted to rest before going anywhere that's when the driver started misbehaving. He even said you are making me work double of what you are paying and through out the trip after that he was extremely rude. We wanted to print our ticket so we asked him to take us to a shop(we informed our agent of this beforehand) where we can do that, he very rudely said I am supposed to take you site seeing not do these kind of things.
Coming to the hotel both the hotels in Agra and especially Jaipur was amazing however the hotel in Delhi was trashy it was super dirty, smelly and small. Complaining to the company was not of much help.
Overall the trip was nice until Jaipur then it was completely unsatisfactory and cause we had to make the whole payment before none of the complaints mattered.

Great service including door to door transport, hotel accomodations and great tours! In Agra we visited the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort with a tour led by Mr. Kumar who was an exceptional tour guide and a very nice person. This was followed by a guided visit of Fatehpur Sikri and the next day Jaipur both beautiful. Our driver Mr. Vipin was very friendly and did a great job getting us everywhere we needed to go. Mr. Harneet was always available for any questions and was completely helpful and flexible to any changes or update needed to make along the way. We were able to travel more relaxed and confidently knowing everything was taken care of for us! Thanks Greenland journey !

We had a wonderful holiday in Delhi to Jaipur which will remain long time in our memories.
Our Country is a breath takingly beautiful country full of splendid temples and palaces,
noise and colour, peaceful rural scenes and most of all friendly welcoming people.
We stayed in some amazing hotels and had brilliant guides who made us feel like friends.
Even the noise and bustle is an experience in itself and we enjoyed the contrast between the busy streets,
quiet hotels and rural experiences.
Green Land Journey is the best one in Travel Guidance which i have seen, Overall we have spend 4 nights/5 days
of holidays organised by them. Their consultants are friendly and knowledgeable and their itinerary plan is so good an d planned in very well timely manner and i have So many Surprising experiences.
The major important thing if we book our Holiday by green land you will never expect from other travel companies.
They will provide good support available before and after your holiday trip.
Green Land’s assistance and assurance was especially appreciated on this trip &
all the hotels were sanitized before the rooms allocated to us. they will plan accordingly,
I am from South side of India and want to see the places of North side of India. So i have immediately searched in the internet which is the best once and got know Green Land's golden triangle plan and then contacted.
The company is having nice support staff and will advise us in all the issues of our trip.
So try once and life time memories.....

We organised three day tour with Greenland Journey to the southern part of India ( Chennai-Pondecherry-Mahabalipuram and kanjipuram) in the month of December 2022. It was very organised and well planned. The cab driver was well conversant and served us just like a tourist guide. Full marks to him for the long and safe driving. I am sure we did not miss to visit the important landmarks of theses places. The hotel stay also was quite pleasant and our children had a thrilling and a learning experience. The quality of food at various restaurant and the hotel that we stayed at were of good quality. We look forward to have many more tours with your team.

From the time of searching and booking the desired places Shubhendra Pal was very helpful and explained the difference in prices and luxurious. Everything happened very simple and easy, the process was very smooth. The man received us and took us to the driver a d gave us the package of hotel stay vouchers. The driver had a very clean car and was very nice, he drive us to our hotel explaining things and some key points. He explained the day to us. He stopped at a restaurant where we had authentic Kerala food on banana leaf. He was ready by the time we gave him. Everything went very smoothly and finally dropped us off at the airport on time.
