The area
Neighborhood: Vasant Kunj/Vasant Vihar
On either side of Delhi’s Jawaharlal Nehru University Campus, are two beautiful residential neighbourhoods. While Vasant Vihar is home to many diplomat mansions, visitors can stroll along the Basant Lok Market – a trendy college student’ market (because of its proximity to the JNU Campus) that is a popular hangout with all convenient & branded stores and most well known for Priya Cinema. Vasant Kunj on the other hand is an upmarket neighbourhood sprinkled with palatial farmhouses and DDA flats, close to the airports and Gurgaon and most popular for its cluster of high end and luxury malls including DLF Emporio.

Very average for a Thai foot massage which was advertised as a SIGNATURE FOOT THERAPY. There was absolutely nothing signature about it and at 1700Rs for 60min which must l add wasnt 60mins if you include all the coming and going. It’s a nice place tho that’s about it. When l arrived l approached the counter and 2 girls were hiding behind the door looking out into reception like little kids. I was seated than the girl left, then she returned with foot bath which somehow took 10mins then left again then returned to get the massage started. Like l said the massage was very ordinary and had to ask twice for more pressure. There was only 35mins spent on my feet then she left again for a couple of minutes and came back with hot towel for my face and started massaging my face which she seemed to put far more pressure on my face than my feet = omg
The masseuse l found was not well trained and mainly using tools to massage the feet.
This comes down to management and training. They need to lift there game quite a lot.

The place is very strategically located in DLF Promenade and it is a good place to relax and get a food massage done. The masseurs are good and experienced and they are well trained.
I had gone with a friend & we enjoyed the service.

All therapists are very good and it is very affordable. A 30-minute massage for about 1,300 INR. They have 5-6 locations in Delhi.

This place has deteriorated. I had been a loyal client with them for years, ever since they 1st opened in Delhi and kept my business with them even when I travelled across the country to Mumbai, Goa etc. Even though they were a bit more expensive for me considering I already had the membership of a luxury hotel that gave me better prices and equal service, I still stuck to Aroma Thai. But recently, the management has gone so down that it seems they don't really want customers any more.

The Pacific Mall branch is most convenient to me and I was regular there.
1stly The New regional manager Mr. Tarun's attitude has been "way no hospitable" since the beginning. It is apparent from his behaviour as if it is they who are doing you a favour by providing you service and not the other way round.
I do not know if he's just a manager or also a partner in the firm, but if he is a partner...the firm needs to hire a manager, and if he's just a manager, the firm needs to hire a New manager and replace him if they wish to continue doing business.

My last experience was SO Horrible that I intended writing a mail to the management regarding the same, but instead just decided to stop going altogether.
I had planned an evening twin service for my mother and myself (and as she never goes to a spa this was a special occassion before xmas).
I had confirmed that the 2 particular therapists we requsted for the body massage, were available and requested to keep our appointment for the same. We were also given Confirmation.
However, when we reached we found out that the spa receptionist/manager had alloted our therapist (my regular therapist) to a walk-in client and wanted me to "adjust" with a different therapist. I asked him why he did so, as he could easily have alloted that 3rd therapist to the walk-in considering all the therapists earlier that evening had been free & available. He said & I quote "He just did"!
I asked him if he could make a quick replacement and confirm with the walk-in if he could change their therapist. He said he couldn't do that. And if we wanted we could wait for about 40 mins but then it would be closing time so massage may not be completed on time.
I demanded to speak to the Manager (the store managers boss), apparently Mr. Tarun. The spa manager said he couldn't call as and I quote again "Mr. Tarun was on his Leisure Time".
I asked him if he could give me his number. He refused to do that.
I also asked if since Mr. Tarun was "unavailable" if there's anyone we could contact...he said "no one". We either just have to wait or go with the new therapist he wanted us to "kaam chalao" with.
All in-all , we left, never to turn back again.

P.S. :- Keep losing clients like that and you may not be left with any soon.
Hope your services recover soon. I won't be turning back for sure.
