We had a great experience with Incredible Real India. I reached out via their website approximately a month before our departure date, and Raju was very prompt in responding, setting up a whatsapp call to discuss my preferences, and sending us an itinerary and cost. The itinerary was customized to our preferences and plans, and we visited Delhi (where our international flight from the US landed), Agra and Jaipur in northern India and then flew to Kerala where we did a houseboat stay in Alleppey and a trip to the more mountainous area/Periyar reserve in Thekkady.
I would recommend Incredible Real India to anyone planning a trip to India. Based on my experience trying to plan this myself initially, it is not easy to plan a trip to India as a foreign tourist, so this company saved us a ton of time/effort, and made sure we saw all the sights! We had two private drivers (one in northern India, one in Kerala) and both were great. Prompt and very good drivers in the crazy Indian traffic. Bhanwar Singh was our driver in north India and he was fantastic - very friendly, always had cold water for us (much needed in the heat!!) and easy to communicate with. He even held my purse while I was feeding/washing the elephants :)
I definitely recommend heeding Raju's advice on your itinerary. I had initially thought we would spend another day in Delhi (I'm glad we didn't - was not needed) and would skip Jaipur and spend more time in Kerala, but I'm so glad we went to Jaipur at Raju's recommendation.
We also had guides (arranged by Incredible Real India) in each of Delhi, Agra and Jaipur, and they were great as well. Highly recommend having a guide for those cities to really learn about the history/culture and see the sights.
Overall, we had a great trip and I think the cost was reasonable given the quality of the hotels, prompt service, and great drivers.

I just had a vacation in India’s golden triangle that was perfect in every way except for being far too short! It was my first time in the country, and as a solo female traveler, I’d heard all the notes of caution, but I felt completely at ease thanks to my amazing driver, Bhanwar Singh. Bhanwar was so helpful in answering every question no matter how awkward, always kind, prompt, respectful, and of course, a super skilled driver. Bhanwar got me safely everywhere I wanted to go and whenever I wanted to go there. Zero anxiety, zero hassle. For meals as well, all he needed was price range and type of food I wanted (always choose Indian, c’mon now) and he took care of the rest. You won’t have a lot of sanitary choices in the countryside between cities besides some pretty touristy joints, but in the cities, he can find great food that’s safe for weak Western digestive systems at varied price points. Raju was always extremely prompt in his communications with me and arranged some excellent guides in advance, and Bhanwar arranged another when I expressed interest in one at the last minute. Raju and his team ably arranged for me to take exactly the trip I wanted to take, booking my hotels (and managing to swing some room upgrades) and taking me to the sights I wanted to see, no stops at commission shops. Incredible Real India was also flexible with a slight late change to my desired itinerary. I couldn’t have been in safer, better hands. Complete heartfelt recommendation that you use Incredible Real India for your trip, it’s not the cheap backpacker option but it is worth every penny. Thanks so much, Bhanwar, Raju, and the rest of the team, for sharing your beautiful country with me on the trip of a lifetime!

From March 7 to March 22, 2020 we were a group of 26 Mexicans on a tour with Incredible Real India, visiting Delhi and afterwards touring through Rajasthan. Our trip was guided by a nice, Spanish speaking tour guide, Sandip Jain, who was very knowledgeable and had a good professional attitude. The tour was well balanced between Culture with a capital "C" (visits to museums, palaces, temples, ...) and daily life culture and experiences. We had regular immersions into Indian life experiences, of which our participation at the Holi Festival in the village of Mandawa was definitely a highlight. We didn't just have an "outsider's look" at this Festival, but were invited to participate actively. The owner of Incredible Real India, Raju India, who joined us personally at regular times during the tour, made us feel like Guests in his country and not just like Tourists. Another unforgettable experience was the Desert Evening Camp, followed by an overnight in the desert, outdoors, right there under the stars.
The whole trip ended in a kinda disorderly way because of the luring nationwide lockdown in India due to the COVID-19 situation, but this crisis situation was nevertheless well handled by Incredible Real India. Unfortunately, due to these circumstances we had to skip our visit to Taj Mahal, but, again, this was due to events beyond anyone's control.
In general, the tour by Incredible Real India was not 100 % flawless and polished, and had some bumps along the road, some program changes and even some improvisation moments, but in a way all this made the experience more "authentic", less "orchestrated".

We went for a 15 days tour of Rajasthan during the winter holidays, we picked Real Incredible India as our tour guide withouth really knowing what to expect. The team was superb! Our amazing driver, Modaram, was at full disposal for us and our needs, and managed to please any desires we had over the trip. They planned every stop with lot of care and always available for any kind of requests we might have had during the holiday. The team is amazing, working for you 24/7 with the only goal to make you feel good and amazing in a country which is just breathtaking! The service is budget-friendly, with all the facilities (wifi ecc) available to you whenever you need them, even in the car!

India is Magical, bright, simple and exuberant, I have experienced this journey majestically and with a 100% openness; without realizing it I started to get involved in a country as a special guest and not just as a tourist.
And I felt how people opened their country, and it is what took me to the heart of this fabulous experience organized by the Raju India agency.
We started our adventure in Delhi and toured villages. We lived the Holi color festival in Mandawa. Hosts received our group with incredible warmth and little by little we moved on in our program. But more than the distances traveled, we traveled on a path that lead us to an understanding of the philosophy of this country's people, their doctrines, habits, and discipline. From small communities to major cities, all had a positive high-level effect.
I discovered its delicious gastronomy, flavoured by species and full of nutritional value, its local artists who contribute to the community, its artisans who make you fall in love with their dedication, their textiles and architectural riches.
I had the best guide in India, Sandeep, the best bus driven by Rajesh, assisted by Aanuar. A high level of driving skills is required to cross India safely. The whole time I felt truly protected.
Without a doubt, if you want to live a unique and safe experience, you should contact @MafaldaBudib and @RociodelToro. The wealth that they have achieved in their personal and commercial relationships, by touching India, is incomparable because the destination is really amazing and they take you by the hand together with @RajuIndia

We were a group from Mexico and we had so much fun!!
I'm fully grateful to Mr. Raju, the owner of the Incredible Real India Tours agency, and to the whole staff, for giving us the very best of a tour.
We had, thanks to their warm and kind attention, a wonderful experience in India, a land of magic, mystery, and mysticism. With a splendid guide, who spoke very good Spanish, we learned about their beliefs, their religions, their gods, their traditions, their legends, and their History. Thank you, Sandiv. It was a great pleasure to meet you and to listen to you. I'll keep you forever in my memory and in my heart.
India is a huge land, so we had to travel long distances on a nice bus, well equipped, driven by an excellent driver who, even if he was tired, he kept smiling at all times. Thank you, Rajesh. And thanks also to our valet, Aanuar, who was also so nice.

I had the amazing opportunity to work on the design of the new website of Incredible Real India so i wanted to share my experience of working with this company:
When Mafalda sent me the inicial briefing of the project, honestly, I got very excited because I knew right away that this will be an amazing project. Mafalda told me about the professionalism, values and quality of the organization and also she was very passionate about describing the wonderful Staff behind it.
When we finally closed the project, we got an email from Mr Raju, where he asked us not to look this project as another job, he said: “This renovation is a Mile Stone for all my team, it is our passion because we work for happiness, because we work for beauty, because we work to heal the people’s mind so while you work on this project than consider that it is not the work only to make money, it is beyond that. I wish you will give this to us beyond our expectations with Soul…not only the Body.
We will be thankful to all of you that you are doing this work with passion, not as a work."
After reading these words, I felt an even bigger and deeper commitment, specially after reading about Mr Raju’s story, the way he prosper and came through all the obstacles, and also being able to witness the ethics, love and passion he pours into managing his company...I can honestly say that is something that I haven’t experienced before with any other client.
Working on this project also gave me the opportunity, or better said, the gift of getting to know and to work with incredible talented and passionate people: Mafalda and Rocio.
I can say that collaborating in this project has also made me grow as a person. Getting the chance of learning and knowing about the culture, history and traditions of such a wonderful culture like India.
It is true that these aren’t ordinary times. I really believe that this project came to us on the perfect timing. Being on lockdown and working from home, this project provided such a relief for my mind and soul, it’s been an opportunity to day dreaming, and to escape to a far away and mystic land.
I had some previous knowledge about India, but honestly, after everything I have learned and discovered, it’s definitely on my top 3 destinations. Hopefully we will be able to travel again very soon, and I’ll be able to visit this great country, and of course, there’s no better way to do that than with you and the amazing service you provide.
I can only hope that this is the beginning of a long lasting and strong work relationship, it’s been a great pleasure to work with such an amazing, passionate and professional team, that has given me the opportunity to learn and appreciate more the richness of India.
Looking forward to another opportunity to collaborate together and I hope we can keep in touch.

I booked a tour from Jaipur to Agra and then back to travel in Jaipur with group of my 5 friends. Our tour started from Jaipur Airport. At first, i was really impressed as the van was new and bigger than i expected.
My driver can speak a little english. He was punctual and well dressed. But he cheated on us. He booked a safari cheep to Amber fort for us and costed us 3,000 rps. It was very far more expensive from the real cost which was 500 rps. as we saw in the internet. Then we called the owner of this company. The driver finally costed us 500 rps. and he excused that he confused between the two group of his clients.
Along the way from Jaipur to Agra , the driver stopped by the overpriced resturant without asking us.
Moreover, the driver always kept saying about changing our plan as he felt our plan didn’t go in the same direction. I realised about this but the price of this tour was based on our itinerary that we send to the owner.
For conclusion, i would recommend this company if the driver was better trained than the one we met.
PS. If anyone wants the evidences to verify if i was the real customer or not. Dont hesitate to contact me.

Thanks for devoting your time to feedback about our teamwork. I appreciate your beautiful words for the owner but without the team I am nothing. I must apologize for the inconvenience.
Yes, we gave you a much bigger car for all five of you with the latest model and good to know that you are happy with that.
About to overcharged by the jeep safari at the Amber fort, Miss Nannaphat (your team leader) contacted me at the same time by Whatsapp and with the quick response, I solved that problem in 10 minutes and that’s why I gave my contact number to assist you and help you anytime.
Most of the drivers are not much literate and they can’t act as guides, they speak native English which is enough for basic communication. I offered you the guide services in Agra and Jaipur but wish not to have guides.
Between Agra to Jaipur most of the tourist vehicle they stop to break the long journey. They are advised by us to stop only hygienic places which are specially for the western tourist and they make food according to their taste with less spicy. People, just they stop to use washrooms but you are not obelized to eat there.
I was always in touch with all of you and almost every few hours I was receiving messages by Miss Nannaphat saying that everything going good but you one of the people not happy with the driver but if you could tell me at the same time I could change the driver.
It sounds like you were more interested to complain instead of telling me to change the driver.
I am sorry for your inconvenience and surely will update to the drivers about all you said.

We were 4 adults (our 2 adults daughters, my wife and I) and we hired a car and driver for the itenary New Delhi, Agra, Jaipur, then we flew to Udaipur and from Udaipur to Jodhpur, Jaisalmer and finally to the Thar desert, after which we flew back to New Delhi. We also hired guides in New Delhi, Agra, Jaipur, Udaipur and Jaisalmer.
All went well. The car was clean and the driver Benwar always punctual and knowledgable. En route between cities, he had us visit splendid Fatehpur Sikri palace and Ranakpur Temple. We always felt safe, except for the occasional forceful driving (the Indian way) and too frequent use of his mobile phone while driving. At times, we also felt uncomfortable by his insistence to go to such and such restaurants or shops which gave us the impression that he would be in his interest as well (probably commissions from the owners). So we had to insist as well for him to comply to where we wanted to dine. He also tried to evade taking us to diner outside the hotels in the evening, putting us in uncomfortable positions - meaning he would have his evenings free. But after the first evenings, he understood our ways and complied willfully.
As for the day guides, they did their job well. Special mention for the Jaipur and Jaisalmer guides. A bit disappointed by the guide at Udaipur who did not appear very knowledgeable and sent us on a 1 hours boat trip plus a 30 minutes waiting in the queue, while he could spend this time chatting to his friends.
We also never had any program of visits from the company. So we did not know beforehand what we were to visit each day.
Tipping turned out to be a consistent problem for us - not that we do not like tipping (far from that) - but we felt systematically obliged to give and give more. And that includes the driver, and the guides as well as everyone else. Tipping should come from the heart not be an obligation.
Finally, the enthousiasm of the Director Raju at time of selling us the package disappeared once we landed in India (New Delhi) and there was never any follow up on how things were going on.

At times, we also felt uncomfortable by his insistence to go to such and such restaurants or shops which gave us the impression that he would be in his interest as well (probably commissions from the owners). So we had to insist as well for him to comply to where we wanted to dine. He also tried to evade taking us to diner outside the hotels in the evening, putting us in uncomfortable positions - meaning he would have his evenings free. But after the first evenings, he understood our ways and complied willfully.
As for the day guides, they did their job well. Special mention for the Jaipur and Jaisalmer guides. A bit disappointed by the guide at Udaipur who did not appear very knowledgeable and sent us on a 1 hours boat trip plus a 30 minutes waiting in the queue, while he could spend this time chatting to his friends.
We also never had any program of visits from the company. So we did not know beforehand what we were to visit each day.
Tipping turned out to be a consistent problem for us - not that we do not like tipping (far from that) - but we felt systematically obliged to give and give more. And that includes the driver, and the guides as well as everyone else. Tipping should come from the heart not be an obligation.
Finally, the enthousiasm of the Director Raju at time of selling us the package disappeared once we landed in India (New Delhi) and there was never any follow up on how things were going on.

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear that you were not completely satisfied with your experience in India. It is of course, our goal to ensure that the people who travel with us have the best time possible.
To that end, each of our clients have different expectations of what a tour company does. In our experience, most travelers prefer to have a rough plan rather than a detailed itinerary per day so that they can explore with their own freedom. We would have been happy to provide you a more detailed plan. I am disappointed to know only now that this is what you were hoping for, as I could have easily provided it.
Many travelers also prefer to be on their own and not have too much interaction with us while they are on their trip... other than reaching out for advice or assistance. We were available in that way for you, all of the way through your journey.
I’m sorry to hear the concerns you have about your experience with our driver. As you know, driving is very different in India than in Western countries, and we work very hard to find the best drivers — each of my drivers is specially trained, and they are amongst the safest we have in India. That said, I have already followed up with your driver to ensure that he does not attend to his phone while driving except if there is an emergency. I very much agree that this should be avoided.

We were searching for a company to help us plan the perfect trip and then we came across the incredible real India tours. I’m so glad we’ve chosen to book our trip through incredible real India tours. Devender the manager was so responsive from the moment we contacted him and continuously tailored our entire week from start to finish, inclusive of hotels and transportation. We didn’t have to do a thing except say where we wanted to go! We also got great information and advice from Devender on where he thinks we should go. I’m so impressed, this has been the best travel planning experience I’ve ever had on any trip. As my partner and I are on a budget, we were skeptical about booking a tour as they can be pricey, however the entire week is so affordable and Devender booked us all transportation and beautiful hotels that were right in our budget.
