Inside one of the alleys of the Chandni Chowk market, just between the wedding garment stores, there is a small two-floor restaurant that is constantly busy with preparing stuffed paranthas.
You have to choose two types of fillings for the paranthas and you will get the two with a thali FRESH, tasty and reasonably priced. Apart from savory fillings that are common elsewhere, there are filling with fruits, nuts, and other special flavors.

I am very glad I did because it was a great experience. The parathas were delicious, hot fresh, traditional flat bread, numerous stuffings to choose from.
This is a small lane right off of Chandni Chowk. If I did not use Google maps I would have missed it.
There were several places on the lane to eat, I chose the one with the longest line and it did not disappoint.

This is the place where you get traditional deep fried Pranthas which are tasty and delicious and wholesome. Those who are looking for very comfortable place, should not venture to go here. You have to rough it out.

Located in a bylane, just of the main street in Chandni Chowk opposite Natraj cafe. It is said to be more than 300 years old. We went to the first parantha shop in the gali, Pandit Devi Dayal’s. They serve various types of parathas like Aloo, Paneer, Gobi and Dal Paranthas, Kaju, Badam, Matar, Tamatar, Pudhina and Mix Paranthas. There are 4-5 shops selling parathas in the lane and almost everyone has the same menu. The parathas are reasonably priced. The Mix parantha is something to look out for. It is stuffed with a little bit of everything, from aloo, gobi, matar, tomato and paneer to cashew, almonds, pista, radish and papad. The paranthas are fried in pure ghee in unusually deep tawas and are served steaming hot with a mind boggling variety of chutneys, vegetable pickles and raitas. If you are in Delhi & haven’t yet visited the Gali Paranthe Wali then definitely you should go right now, for here you’ll find the most delicious Paranthas. You won’t want to miss out on this gastronomical experience in Chandni Chowk. But note that the parathas are too greasy/oily and would make you too full.

I guess its the name that's getting people to this place and not the food!. Too oily and overhyped for my senses.

Well the place is over crowed, unhygienic food, deep fried pranthas, plates and cutlery not cleaned properly. I guess better avoid. These shops used to be good when I was a child may be 15-20 years back but not now.

I read few people here whining about quality and atmosphere of this place. You can't go to beach and complain about salt in the water. This is a local business which is being ran by local people and is not a high class fine dining restaurant! The only thing they promise is hot and tasty parathas and are not trying sell anything apart from that. So, if you are interested in tasting some mouthwatering parathas, this is the place or else just avoid this place as they anyway have people queuing to have there Parathas :D

Paratha Quality is good with veggies but Quantity very less. Not to full fill your hunger. Enough variety to choose....!

After a morning stroll at CP, I headed towards metro for Chandni Chowk. Got down and moved towards Gali Paranthe Wali. The entry was some sought of how Hardwar looks in the early morning. We entered shop no.34 of Pt. Gaya Prasad Shiv Charan, estd. 1872. I thought early morning that won't be able to serve what I would order. But it was set aside and all the items on the menu was available. We had pander and rabri parantha and also packed few, mix veg and rabri ones. The paranthas are deep fried in a kadhai and not on a tawa. The sabzi & chutni are ausome. You will get banana chuti. Also rabri & kullad wali lasso are also available. Price a bit on the upper side but worth it. It was a nice experience and love to be there soon with my family.

Once you exit from metro station, just go to masjid ( hard 100m distance ) and then you can ask to anyone. It is just near that masjid.
