My review is not a review of the servics offered here as I never got that far... I left before the treatment started. Here is the text I sent the the owner (who was not at the spa/clinic at the time) after I got out.... Also the clinic has changed names it is now called 'Hari Kul'. It is still inside the Hotel Hari Piorko and is now on the 4th floor next to the restaurant, it was previously on the 1st floor... I had booked to have 3 treatments all back to back, so about three hours worth, but could not go through with it once I saw the state of the therapy room.... Hi Anil, I think I should just quickly explain what happened. I was in the clinic 20 minutes before my 3pm appointment. One therapist came 5 minutes before my appointment and the second therapist came a couple of minutes after 3pm. I checked with them in regards to my modesty throughout the message and this seemed to be understood. I went to get undressed and had to ask for fresh towels and sheets for the massage table as the ones that were on there were very smelly and dirty with rancid oil. The lady came with a slightly cleaner towel. When I stepped on the floor in the therapy room is was so sticky and grubby... I then touched the massage bed where I was to put my face.... This too was not clean, it was so sticky with old oil that had not been cleaned. When I turned on the light in the room I was completely repelled and decided that I needed to get dressed and get out, there was just no way that I would have been comfortable and relaxed having a treatment in a room like this. I could easily spend two full days just cleaning this room. I am unsure why your staff do not do this when they have no clients... Kind regards Ann

I have never had an ayurvedic treatment before so I have nothing to compare it to, but I will tell you how it made me feel in terms of massage and wellness

This clinic is in the Hotel Hari Pioko, Paharganj where I was staying for 2 nights. I popped in and Dr Jaggi recommended a general treatment for me. It consisted of a Marma Balancing Massage and a Sense shanti for the next day.

The massage was performed by 2 female therapists, they were lovely. As a westerner we are not used to striping naked for treatments so that took some getting used to but it was soon forgotten as an oil blend was massaged into my aching limbs. The therapists worked in compete unison and it was wonderful after 36 hours of being awake.

After the oil treatment, they continued the massage with 2 cushions that were filled with rice and herbs and dunked into hot milk, it was very comforting.

After what seemed like 10 minutes, but was 1 hour 20, I jumped off the bed feeling a new woman. I slept like a log. y skin was wonderful the next day.

The next day, I went back for a sense shanti. Warm oil poured continually on the forehead and a wonderful head massage.

It left my hair in great condition and would not hesitate to recommend this clinic and the treatments I had to anyone.

Is open to everyone not just hotel guests. the prices were very reasonable £12 for the massage and £8 for the oil treatment on the head. This would have cost 4 times this in the UK, minimum. You wont be disappointed.

It was the best massage in my life. Four hands, 80 minutes. Absolutely wonderful experience. Extremely professional and real ayurvedic approach. Reasonable price, worth every cent spend on it. Thank you!

A professional and expert clincial service, providing a wonderful and truly therapeutic Ayurvedic treatment. Not like a standard massage. Hard to find so ring them first and they will guide you. We felt quite safe as women.

This was my first opportunity to experience Shirodharra in India and the experience was magnificent beyond words. The sweet fragrant oils, the kind and genuinely caring Vaidya (Ayurvedic doctor) and attendants, what a magnificent oasis in Delhi to return to silence and let all ones stress melt away. Every year I return here to experience this genuine and traditional Ayurveda in Delhi. It helps to calm and center oneself and give the gift of inner calm that Ayurveda can give to one self. I recommend the Abhyanga (traditional oil massage), the Shirodharra and all other treatments on offer. The clinic is genuine Ayurveda and it is a beautiful place to experience this in the hear Delhi.

I was not sure what to expect when my hotel recommended Body and Soul to me. Not much information is on their website but upon entering the facility to meet the doctor and staff I knew I was in for a very authentic treatment.
The marma balance I received was amazing, it relaxed me and was exactly what I needed after a long bus ride and as a preparation for a 20+ hour journey home.
Professional and humble is the best way to describe this facility and operators. I would not hesitate to return here or recommend it to others who are after a direct and well priced Ayurvedic treatment without the glitz and hefty price tags.
