The good part about LTG is the authentic theatre feel it provides. Being an old auditorium, it seems to have simple equipments at work, leaving the audience to focus on performances & nothing else. It is a fairly small audi, with an even smaller waiting area (though it does have an outdoor garden area where waiting during winters can be pleasurable).
There will be a parking problem if you take your own vehicle as this is in the heart of Delhi & does not have defined parking spots. People end up parking on the road which results in either traffic jams or cars being towed. This is a reason we think twice before going to LTG.

Next only to Kamani Auditorium, it is a small auditorium for organising plays/theatre etc. The Auditorium is an old one with ordinary seating and stage and is mainly used to stage plays of upcoming artists. Tickets can be booked through internet and are usually less priced than Kamani shows (normally in the range of Rs 100).

The place held regular Theatre shows. Though small, yet it packs a punch. Prices are reasonable for a show. Generally comedy shows are held.

A small intimate theatre, comfortable surroundings, site lines unobscured and acoustically good. Two evenings I was there : ;first had a brilliant funny farce, that had pace and surprise, well acted.. Very enjoyable . The next evening two plays by different company, more difficult to follow with no HIndi, but still interesting. When next in Delhi, I go here again.

We went to watch "Family in trouble" play and our overall experience was good.
To begin, parking is a big problem in this area however it can be managed.
Secondly the waiting area doesn't have any sitting facility.
The support staff is good and the theatre doesn't sell any eatable snacks( we couldn't find any stall or shop).
The crowd was well educated and the show was superb.
I have been to alliance francis too but I find LTG auditorium a better place.

There is limited parking available, however around LTG, roads are wide and people generally use these spaces for parking though uncontrolled.
