We were very happy with the service we received from Drivers India. The agency was very professional and helped us to organise our itinerary for two weeks in Kerala. Liana was very responsive to our preferences and provided helpful advice and suggestions based on our input.
Once in India, our driver Mr.Manoj was excellent - always punctual, very friendly and a safe driver. He gave us lots of interesting information during our drives, ensured that we were comfortable and gave some great tips about local restaurants.
The tour operators that Drivers India booked for activities were also great. We were really impressed with the whole experience.
The price was extremely reasonable and was great value for the service we received. We would absolutely recommend Drivers India.

We feel very lucky to have come across Drivers India online. We had planned a rough tour of Kerala and they assisted us in arranging the most important part - transport! The company was very prompt in their correspondence with us and the price they offered was very reasonable.
We were met in Cochin by Anilkumar, our driver. Anilkumar is an absolute asset and made our tour of Kerala smooth and seamless. He was incredibly knowledgable of the area and was able to show us an array of fascinating points of interest we would have missed otherwise. Anilkumar was very flexible and prepared to ensure we made the most of our 7 days in Kerala. The vehicle was always exceptionally clean and tidy and there was always water for us available if we felt thirsty.
Anilkumar went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and security and we always felt in safe hands. We would highly recommend Drivers India to anyone else looking for a bespoke tour of Kerala or other parts of India

Here we are back after 12 days in this fabulous and incredible country that we love so much..
We were really very satisfied with our driver SUNDER.
very professional, very good driver, he introduced us to little gems outside of our visits, very discreet, punctual and really very kind.
Very good organization in all transfers.
I really recommend this agency for a chauffeur-driven car rental which gives you a lot of freedom

I had a disappointing experience with Drivers India, which I feel compelled to share. After paying an INR 2,000 service fee, I was left without the promised service.
Initially, I was optimistic about using their service based on their assurances. However, after making the payment, there was a complete lack of communication and support. My inquiries went unanswered, and despite multiple attempts to reach out for assistance, I received no response. This level of customer service is unacceptable, especially after such a significant upfront payment.
It feels like a breach of trust when a company collects fees but fails to deliver on its commitments. I expected professionalism and reliability, but instead, I encountered frustration and disappointment. I would advise potential customers to think twice before engaging with Drivers India, as my experience suggests they may not uphold their end of the bargain.

A good solution for a first time in India if you don't want to care &/or stress about taking the train or bus which can be intimidating at first and complicated from abroad.
The driver we were with (M. Ghoki) was very professionnal, sympathetic, makes you feel safe and is always available to help if needed. He always had stories to tell while driving to give context to what we could see, we even spent time with him some nights just to chill.
Some improvements could be made however, especially concerning communications between drivers and drivers-India, sometimes we had the feeling that Ghoki was not aware of our agenda (not a problem when othing in particular is planned but became problematic the day we had a cooking class supposed to be booked.) Everything went OK in the end but the process could definitely have been improved.
Another minor drawback is that at first, we were brought to restaurant "designed" for tourist, stores "designed" for tourist. If like us you're looking for more authentic experiences, do not hesitate to be crystal clear (maybe sooner than we have) about what you want to avoid slight disappointments.

We cannot recommend Drivers India enough. Liana has been amazing with organising a driver for our 7 day Kerala trip.
Mr. Anil, our driver has been a wonderful companion. We trusted him greatly, enjoyed his company and felt very safe on our trip. He has taken great care of us, provided vast knowledge on Kerala’s history and showed us endless of places we will cherish and remember forever. He took us to places, we would otherwise not have known about. We have nothing but positive feedback with our experience in the last week.
We highly recommend Mr. Anil, and have found no faults! We will be back, and will definitely book with the company again!

Great service given both by the central office and also by the two drivers we had in our 20-days trip through India: Asif (north of India) and Rajesh (south of India). Very fluent and easy communication before and during the trip with the central office, they answer very quick with very detailed and useful information. Both drivers were helpful and outgoing, committed to their job and also always at our disposal willing to make us (group of 5 people) comfortable and happy. They fulfilled our expectations and beyond. Cars very clean and comfortable. We highly recommend this company to whoever is looking for a high quality service in cars with driver for your trip to India.

The experience with Drivers-India made our trip in India even better than we could imagine. Starting from Hasina that was very helpful in setting up a perfectly tailored Rajasthan trip for us, beginning in Jaisalmer and ending up in beautiful Jaipur. The communication and the payments were easy and smooth and the availability and kindness were really over the top. But the real, extraordinary, invaluable plus of the whole experience has been having the unbelievable luck of having Dharmender as a driver. He has been absolutely FANTASTIC. He took such good care of my wife and I at all times, arranging everything we would ask him and even more. His profound knowledge or Rajasthan and his driving experience made our trip beautiful and smooth. He's been really amazing, giving us suggestions impossible to find in any travel guide. If we would be back in India, we will definitely choose Drivers-India again, and for sure we'll ask to have Dharmender with us, again.

I contacted this agency for a personalized tour, as I organized the trip myself but we needed a connection from Jodhpur to Udaipur.
They immediately turned out to be very helpful on our needs.
So much so that we asked to add Dehli too, including airport pick up.
Our Guide was Sundar, we found ourselves very well,
Great driver , especially in chaotic India, you immediately feel safe, even in the middle of the jungle.
He was very helpful, proposed new ideas and attractions to add to our plan.
We have always been very free to change plans and enjoy our spaces, like hanging out with a friend.
He helped us check in on the night train to Agra and arranged the Leopard Safari.
I highly recommend this Tour and especially Sunder as Guide.

We took the trip as a family (two adults, two teenagers). We took a tour that we had organized ourselves: Delhi-Agra-Jaipur-Udaipur. We only hired a car with a driver to do the tour, and the truth is that it couldn't be better. We hired him by email from home. We already had plane tickets and hotels reserved. Everything was phenomenal, much better than I expected. The driver (Asif) could not have behaved better. He was attentive to us the entire time and understood perfectly from the beginning what we wanted. Apart from knowing everything in detail, he knew all the cities and places we passed through inside out. A marvel. I think that thanks to him we were able to enjoy 100% of the wonders of India and also get to know its reality better. We were all delighted, including my children.

Not quite sure, our booking was for 23 days. Suggest you enquire direct of them, they have been very responsive. A fellow called Michael (from Germany) owns and runs the business (with a local Delhi manager who is excellent) and the company is very ethical, professional and responsive and provides good value for money and competent mature aged drivers.We highly recommend them.
