Good place to do a last minute shopping before departing Delhi
Dec 2018 • Solo
I purchased a small incense stick burner & holder carved out of soapstone here. For a store at an airport, there were so many things reasonably priced that I wanted to buy.
The best thing about this store is that there's no need to haggle as in markets and I'm wiling to pay for that peace of mind.

Great massage
Aug 2018 • Solo
I came across this place while waiting for my flight in early morning. I think it's open 24/7 which is great. I didn't browse the shop as I just wanted to get massage. They have several different type of massages. I must say the massage was great, just what I needed after trekking holiday in India. The massage room was really cozy and relaxing. The price was also not bad it was really good value for the money. Highly recommended.

Great experience
Dec 2017 • Solo
It surprises me every time i visit this store. The best thing they offer is the live indian ckassical music. Infront that pond under the bells that setting us just breathtaking. The rest is not much the objects they sell are available at other stores and for better value too, sweets are too sweet, very limited with articles but who cares when you are happy meditating under that beautiful landscape.

Great Massage!
Nov 2017 • Friends
On the advice of a friend, I got a massage at Ishana. It was great and well worth the $40 US that I paid for it. After leaving the smog outside the Delhi Airport it was so nice to relax, listen to some music, and breathe in some heavenly lemongrass essential oil while getting a nice massage. Plus, I couldn't resist doing a little shopping, too. It's a really nice way to waste a couple of hours before my flight.

Beautiful Place
Oct 2017 • Solo
I always love to visit Ishana on my way back to Melbourne. Such a beautiful water feature, nice stuff to buy. I loved live music this time. Just wanted to know the name of the singer if possible who was singing on 31 October 2017 around 11.30am. Such an amazing soul touching voice. Thank you Ishana :)

Beautiful place but dishonest cashiers...
May 2017 • Couples
My partner and I visited this place in May. Our body were aching after a few days travelling and as we had six hours transit to Italy, we decided to have a massage.

We were so impressed with this place. It was beautiful with live music and varieties of souvenirs. The sales persons were also polite.

However, for USD85 full body massage per person, I was disappointed. Please note that the flat bed (not a massage bed) was just separated by curtains. There was no privacy, and we were massage with our clothes on. My neck was aching the whole time as I kept turning to be comfortable. I would say the masseuses was quite skilful. We gave them tips after the massage.

They had a promotion – for every Spa Service of above Rupees 2000, we will get a gift voucher worth 750. However, this was not given to us upon payment, we had to ask from the cunning lady, manning the massage desk.

We wanted to make payment for our purchase and the lady from the massage desk was the one who attended to us. She was rough, throwing around the gift items while packing and managed to tear the cover of a gift item.

Guys, you really need to ask for receipt. As I didn’t get one, so I asked. At first, she refused to give but I demanded. Upon checking, I saw that she has only applied one voucher although we had two vouchers with us. We talked to the Manager and he explained that the vouchers only applied for non-food items.

Even if tea and coffee gift set is considered as food items, we purchased a total of 6 items – 3 are non-food items. The lady could have informed us upon check-out and separate the bills. But what she did is to take both vouchers, applied one voucher and refused to give receipts. There was no apology, either from the Sikh Manager or the lady. We decided to cancel our payment and leave the place without the vouchers.

By the way, as the cashier is ‘L’ shaped, I could see the cashier screen of the other side. There were one couple wanted to purchase a souvenir, the screen showed conversion of USD13.20 but the male cashier asked for USD15. Maybe they do not have small change. Or maybe they just wanted to earn the profit. It's a small amount, but it's a matter of principle. You have to ask for the receipt, they will try to cheat if they can.

I dislike dishonest people and I believe if one trying to cheat or have bad intention on another, you will get your bad karma sooner or later.

When all else fails, this is the spot
Dec 2016 • Couples
Shopping at airport is something people usually avoid.
But in India, it is something must do when you are constantly being cheated by your tour guides and driver.
We were brought to shops which are extremely pricey and pushy all over Delhi, Agra and Jaipur until we gave up. We were even almost fooled by our driver by taking us to a fake dilli haat.
Thats when u found this place and spend all our reserves.
