I went to Sawadhee on a friend’s recommendation and it turned out to be an amazing decision. Just one hour on the massage table was all I needed to get relief from my back and shoulder pain The staff was very polite and the place definitely deserves a 10/10 for hygiene. Even the owner took the time out to ask me about my experience which shows how much they value customer satisfaction. My therapist was very well trained as she was able to pinpoint my problem areas before I told her. If you’re looking for a place to get an amazing and affordable massage, I highly recommend that you visit Sawadhee!

Easy enquiring and booking through whatsapp. 1-hour massage costs INR3,776, around USD45. I booked a massage for 10:30am which is the time they open, when I arrived, there was no one there and basically I waited around for over 10 minutes before someone finally turn up at the reception. Both the receptionist and the masseuse seem very grumpy.
The room is fine. I didn't use the shower as it doesn't look very clean and how odd that the shower is outside the cubicle and the loo is inside. The massage itself is dreadful, the masseuse does not work on some very obvious knots that I had on my back, I requested stronger pressure and it fell on deaf ears, cannot say I felt relaxed at all afterwards.
Overall, subpar experience through and through.

On my last trip to Delhi to visit my family, I decided to try out this place based on the recommendation from a trusted source. I was really glad I went here! The entire experience was amazing. I get massages in the US, where I live, on a regular basis so I’m really picky with which places I trust. With so many spa places and massage spots in and around Delhi/NCR, it’s hard to find the real deal. This was the real deal. The staff was extremely professional and very well mannered. The ambiance is very relaxing and the only stressful decision you have to take is which treatment you want and with which oil! Once you decide which kind of treatment you’d like, pretty much the rest is all taken care of for you. I got the deep tissue massage with lavender oil and it was really really good. If you haven’t had a deep tissue before please note that it is a bit painful initially but the muscles settle down after a day and you really feel relief on day 3. I also used the sauna after the massage which was an added bonus! The entire experience from start to finish was about 90 minutes. It was exactly what I needed after a 20 hour flight from the US! All in all, it was so good that I decided to book another session 2 days before my flight back and again it was a similarly great experience the second time as well. I’d highly recommend this place to any one who is looking to get an authentic Thai spa experience in Delhi. It doesn’t get better than this! Personally, I’m back in December and am about to book a few more sessions with them for this visit! Have a wonderful holiday season everyone!

Had an amazing and relaxing experience at the Sawadhee Traditional Thai Spa. The ambience was peaceful and calming, and the staff was very knowledgeable and caring. I opted for the 60 minute deep tissue massage with lavender oil, and the massuesse did a great job at making me feel relaxed.

Sawadhee Traditional Thai Spa is an absolute sanctuary for the senses with its serene ambience & exquisitely done interior design that sets the mood for decadent pampering to come .
Last evening I along with my friends headed out for a relaxing Spa Eve at the much awarded and highly recommended Sawadhee Spa ; rather than the usual girls night out at one of our favorite watering holes . And boy! Was it a rewarding experience!!
We all opted for the 2 hour duration Deep Tissue massage and were each welcomed into a gorgeously done up therapy room with private steam & bathing area fully equipped with hairdryer ,specially formulated shampoo bath gel et al.
The treatment started with a Balinese foot bath ritual to clean the feet and prepare the body for the relaxation to come. The massage was perfection with an array of exotic oils to choose from & with the perfect amount of pressure and variety. After this absolutely blissfully sublime therapy we were served with some divine Thai tea served beautifully in a tray handmade quaint ceramic kettle & cups - the subtle aroma & flavour further succeeded in enhancing the sense of calm and relaxation.
Sawadhee Traditional Thai Spa is a must for some ‘me’ time (or ‘we’ time with ones significant other ); especially with the todays hectic pace of life.
I came away feeling rejuvenated & replinished … and an absolute Sawadhee addict!
Congratulations to the owner for consistently keeping up excellent standards & sweeping the Spa awards each year for the best stand alone day spa in India!!

I had a wonderful experience at the Sawadhee Traditional Thai Spa yet again. I discovered this spa two months ago, and it has become my go to place to de stress. The ambience, the therapists, the massage everything is absolutely amazing and delivers on my expectations every time. I highly recommend anyone looking for a nice relaxing massage to visit Sawadhee Traditional Thai Spa, you will not regret it! I can’t wait to visit again.

I recently visited Sawadhee for a deep tissue massage and I was thoroughly disappointed from the first moment. I went in the afternoon, it’s 40C currently in Delhi, you would think they’d have their air conditioning on when they know a client has his appointment. They turned it on only after I entered the room and it took good 20 mins for the room to be somewhat cool, ruining all that time that was supposed to be for “relaxing”. There was an air purifier in the room that wasn’t turned on even after my request. The therapist completely forgot about giving a foot bath which is something you’d expect and I mentioned it as I won’t get a massage without one. The massage itself was average, I don’t know about the credentials of their therapists, I had bruising from the massage which is weird (I regularly get deep tissue and I know it can cause soreness before you think I’m being harsh). After the massage, I had the option to take steam/shower or get changed, I couldn’t even consider taking a shower as it didn’t look clean so I decided to just get dressed but the therapist turned off the air conditioning without even asking. It was almost as if, “ok massage over, you can get out”. I mentioned all this to the lady at the reception while paying, she was all smiles and all she said to me was, “you’re the only one that has ever given such an elaborate feedback, people over here don’t really care so much about these little things”. If you’re considering getting a spa in Delhi, go to Chi at Shangri La instead , you’d be happy. I won’t recommend this place at all.

It is with great concern and regret that we received your review outlining the problems that you had at our spa. First and foremost, we would like to apologise for the inconvenience caused to you.
We believe your visit to our spa was amidst the beginning of the second wave of COVID 19 in Delhi ( 2 days before we shut operations and Delhi went into a complete lockdown soon after), when there was immense panic in the city, as a result of which a lot of our pre and post massage rituals like foot scrub that increase the face to face interaction of the client and staff had to be paused, to ensure the safety of our clients as well as staff members. This spa is a real GEM. I came here on a friend's recommendation and am so glad as I had the most wonderful massage ever.
They have:
• Lovely lemongrass fragrance as you enter
• Beautifully done interiors
• Neat, clean, hygienic and spacious rooms
• Well trained therapists
• Soothing music
• Lovely thai tea at the end of the session

A visit to Sawadhee for me is not a visit to a Spa, it’s a visit to a rejuvenation center. From the first step in one starts feeling relaxed with the positive energy and aura this place exuberates. Excellent trained, polite and friendly staff. Highest standards of hygiene and covid protocols, makes this spa one of its kind. A must try for everyone who is fond of a good relaxing massage!

If you want to experience a good authentic Thai massage this is the place to go. The moment you enter the staff greets you with a smile. They make sure that you have a wonderful experience and leave with a smile. I was having a headache and shoulder pain when I went for my session, and when I came out it’s almost like 90% of my aches and pains disappeared. I was first made to select the oil that I’d like to use, I chose DETOX.
My therapist MIMI was soo good. She knew exactly which points to press where and was extremely experienced and professional. The steam was refreshing after the massage and then the herbal tea that followed added to the relaxation. I then had a chat with Vibha (the owner) who was extremely courteous and kind. And how she takes care of the smallest details of her business is what truly impressed me. Overall it was an amazing experience and would definitely recommend it. :)

Thank you for choosing our Spa to celebrate your husband's birthday. We would be delighted to have you for the special occasion. We have a discounted couple package "A Fine Romance - 2.5 Hours Therapy, which includes Aromatic Body Bliss Massage (60Mins), Full Body Scrub (45Mins) and Jacuzzi (30Mins), along with steam and shower for 2 people in a Couple Room. The duration of the therapy is 2.5 Hours and price of the therapy is INR 10000/- plus taxes.
Alternatively, we have an Aromatic Body Bliss Massage for an hour for a couple (INR 6608/- inclusive of taxes) and you can also add a Jacuzzi for 30Mins (INR 2124/- inclusive of taxes)

Price of the therapy - INR 8,000/- + government taxes (18%)

We would suggest that you can opt for either a Deep Tissue Massage (medium to strong pressure) Or an Aromatic Body Bliss Massage (soft pressure massage).
Our Deep tissue massage for 1 hour is for Rs. 6844/- ( price is inclusive of taxes and for two people)
And Aromatic body bliss massage for 1 hour is for Rs. 6608/- ( price is inclusive of taxes and for two people)
Or else you could even take a Lotus Signature massage for 90 minutes which is again a medium pressure massage alongwith heated poutlis.
Our Lotus Signature massage for 90 minutes is for Rs. 9204/- ( price is inclusive of taxes and for two people).
