Blue Terra- More like Blue Terrible!! I can bet my bottom dollar - a lot of positive reviews might be fake or sponsored.

Visited their Punjabi Bagh outlet after reading a lot of good reviews here. Here goes the actual experience :-

Location - A faded dingy area bang in the middle of the posh Punjabi Bagh Market.

Enter - Smells of old musty oil invaded the nostrils. We seemed to be the only clients there. There was no consultant available (We won't hold that against them as some spas don't have consultants at all hours) but for a spa that advertises consultation...meh. We would let that go too but then came the following...

Counter - An unbathed, uncouth person sitting at the counter with headphones in his ears and a dirty t-shirt. We thought he may be a cleaner until we were shocked to find that he is the "receptionist"

Experience:- Asked him about the various therapies listed on the website about which he seemed to have either no or vague knowledge. It was some time before he realized the necessity to call his manager/leader/whoever and got some idea that certain services existed that apparently he didn't know about.
(all this time the smell of stale oils and greasy counter/booklets invading the senses).

We would've walked out at that time but given the traffic at that hour, driving all the way to our other spa(s) seemed harsh. Hence we asked if we may consult a therapist and who it would be for the day.
Here's the reply & I quote (utterly shocking): "We don't show our therapists to anyone"
---And we stood wondering - How is one suppose to receive therapy without seeing/consulting the person administering it?
That too when the client is a lady, expecting to consult a female therapist?

We mentioned the same to the person at the counter. He then seemed to understand and went inside to ask one of his therapists to see us, who refused point blank. We then heard loud voiced requests and refusals between the staff at the back - so so much for the courtesy and hospitality and peace.

This being the final straw, we walked out. Albiet driving 40 mins in peak traffic to another good spa (won't mention the name here).

We don't know how they service their other locations, but after my personal experience at the one mentioned above, one can be pretty sure that most of the good comments here may either be fake or sponsored. Because by the looks of it, it seemed like one of those dingy little money-making shams cropping up across town these days who don't seem to give a rats backside about service & efficiency, or even hygiene for that matter!

Certainly not visiting again;
Definitely not recommending.

Not therapeutic
Feb 2018 • Solo
There are many spas in Delhi but my hotel looked this up because I was having back and neck pain. They are as mentioned expensive but I was in pain. Because I am a women I had to have the same. Her massage was decent for a relaxation massage but the manager knew of the pain and sold me one specifically for that but the girl wasn't qualified. I refused to pay full amount and told Islam I am sure it would have been good if he did it but of course being India he couldnt.

Ayurvedic massage was great at Connaught Place
Dec 2017 • Solo
The spa sits in the heart of New Delhi, Connaught Place, F-46, 2nd floor, opposite of Palika Bazaar and in Malhotra Bldg, take the lift from street level. I was skeptical at first but decided to go there and give it a try. Massage was really great, it is beneficial and therapeutic but not cheap. They use lots of oil which is good but only problem I encountered that floors became slippery and that could be hazardous if one is not aware of this. Overall, great experience.

A great spa for first timer
Nov 2016 • Solo
This spa session was gifted to me by my friends as a surprise. From reception by staff to the room decoration for the surprise was perfect. There were candles in the whole room, special message from them on the spa bed and even pastry and juice to make it special.

The masseuse was very professional and made me comfortable. Her skills for relaxing sore muscles was par excellence.

A definite recommendation...

Worthwhile for the money!
Dec 2015 • Friends
I had a massage and shirodhara (oil pouring over your head), as well as the foot spa. The massage and shirodhara was good - but I would skip the foot spa as it wasn't anything magical. It was more like a full lower leg spa which had just been massaged and there wasn't much focus on my feet.

The masseuses are professional, it's clean and quiet as long as you go in the morning (the honking can easily be heard). Well worth your the money as it is reasonably priced and a good place to relax for an afternoon in Delhi!
