Our tours are combination of Food, Heritage & Cultural experience with walking and cycle rickshaw (Pedi cab) ride to make a comfortable experience at Old Delhi. We recommend our guests to see Delhi not just as a sightseeing tour or sitting simply on a cycle rickshaw / Pedi cab or in a taxi BUT see it through our eyes to experience the city on the whole ( off the beaten path), with its past and present, with its beliefs and its culture that co-exist. Our walks give a taste of the city and make you sink in the frenzy of its colours, vivacity and irresistible charm. Your senses come alive as you will encounter the many captivating sights and sounds this amazing city has. It indulges you in its artistic enticing food to refresh, rejuvenate your mind, body & soul as it satisfies one's cravings. This also gives an insight to Indian heritage, culture, traditions and Culinary Experience. Disengage yourself from the rest of the world and walk the streets of Shahjanabad / Chandni Chowk with us, the passionate local family ( fifth generation)from the Old City of Delhi. Experience the city, being a part of the traditional culture and history of the amazing Old Delhi, understanding it while you walk the bazaars. You will get a completely different look of India through the eyes of the local family living in the same area. You will be personally leaded around the neighbourhood's winding streets, sharing the neighbourhood's rich history, delicious food & culture. After the walk, you will visit and enjoy complimentary homemade meal at one of the last standing beautiful Haveli (an Old Private Mansion in the old city in which single family is living from five generations) of Delhi.

I got the tip from a friend to do this tour. It was a great suggestion. Now, old friend DK Sharma took us to places that otherwise it would not have been possible to visit. He knows the area very well, we met right in time and the tour lasted the full morning (as promised) ending with a delicious Indian... More

I did this walking tour of Old Delhi with 15 of my college students. It was the highlight of our trip to India! Raj was the most knowledgeable, intelligent, and friendly guide, and Dhruv was an incredibly gracious host, providing our group with a tour of his family's haveli and a lovely meal. Raj knew EVERYONE in Old Delhi and... More

This walk is a really memorable tour topped off by a top notch home cooked Indian lunch at the founders own home. The fascinating insight into the history, culture and religion of Delhi and India left me with some fabulous memories of Old Delhi. But even more than this, I will remember the kindness and hospitality of our guide Raj... More

This tour really encapsulated "Incredible India" and has surely left a very fond memory for years to come. DK Sharma was a guide with great sense of humor and truly presented the tour from a friendship perspective. Dhruv was also incredibly friendly and efficient at arranging a separate Agra tour for us. Highly recommend this walking tour for adventurous couples... More

I joined this tour as a single person (young female) and was met early morning by DK, our friend (tour guide) for the day. He spoke to my cab driver and came to meet me where we were stationed, as I was unsure of where to go, ths was very helpful. It was just me and another tourist. Old delhi... More

A great visit to the genuine Delhi. Our guide DK made the tour interesting and made it very easy to get around in an otherwise daunting area. We visited the brass making area, hindu and sikh temples but not just to look at but experience. My favourite was the spice market, what a amazing bustling area. But to top it... More

You will be met at the designated Metro Station “Chawri Bazar”, where you will start exploring the galis of Shahjahanabad, the capital city built by Emperor Shah Jahan and from where PT. JAWAHARLAL NEHRU, the first Prime Minister of Independent India got married. Our discoveries while wandering the streets inspires you to feel hungrier that we call flavour of Delhi.

It is worth doing it but only with a well proficient expert rest it is ... It has rich heritage hidden in narrow streets. Awesome street food and much more to explore.

Dear Friend, Yes, you are very right. An authentic experience of the heritage, culture and cuisine of Old Delhi, hidden in its alleys can be best experienced with the locals. At every corner there is a surprise waiting to be explored. And that is what we too enjoy along with our friends coming from all over the world. Warm regards.... More
