In the section of "What to Expect" in the tour's description, it clearly stated four points of interests to be visited during the tour: Taj Mahal, Agra Fort, Tomb of L'timad-ud-Daula, and a garden complex in Mehtab Bagh. This was what was promised, what I expected, but was not delivered by "Taj Destination Tours".
The driver picked me up at 5:45 am at my hotel and arrived in Agra around 9 am and met our guide, Hilead(?). We went through Taj Mahal in morning and went to lunch immediately after that. During lunch, the guide pressured me to write him a good review on the spot in the restaurant, which I declined to do because I felt that the tour wasn't finished yet. He was clearly disappointed.
After lunch, instead of going to the next point of interests, he took me to see a marble shop. I could see that it was a sales' pitch where I was expected to make some purchases and he would get some commissions. I walked out immediately and told him that I wasn't interested in it at all. His disappointment was even more apparent at that point.
We went to Agra Fort next. During the whole time there, the guide kept quiet and sat aside just waiting for me to finish the place by myself. Leaving the Agra Fort, he told me that his tour ended there. So I didn't get to visit the last two places promised by the tour description. At 4:30 pm, I was already returned to Delhi, instead of the 8:30 pm ending time mentioned by the tour description.
So overall, I missed to see two of the four places, and instead was led to a sales pitch.
The company ("Taj Destination Tours") did a poor job for me. Avoid them if you can.
