Loved the walk to this beach along the shore and through the. Trees....beach not that big, but water is nice and there are a couple of little restaurants and picnic table areas. I didn’t see any starfish, but didn’t swim, just waded. Lots of locals...More

Many ways to get to Starfish Beach. A nice relaxing day on the beach with Starfish scattered throughout the area. PLEASE don’t pick up our Starfish! Numerous restaurants on the beach with cold beer and local cuisine.

Starfish beach is wonderful. It was so peaceful and quiet and there were lots of Starfish around. Kinds enjoyed it. We also loved the bocas del drago beach (we walked to the starfish beach from here through the mangroves forest). If you are a group...More

Soooo glad we went to Starfish Beach! The $2.5 bus ride let us see much of Colon. The ocean-side walk through jungle/mangroves enchanting. But swimming in the ocean, looking at the Starfish was magical! I told 3 people not to touch the starfish...made me said...More

The beach is lovely, and is a flat, easy walk through the forest from the taxi stop. The only issue is the sharp spines which stuck all of us in the feet and hands, and which were painful and annoying to remove. The starfish were...More

I came here twice and saw a sloth, a stingray and countless starfish. It literally is my dream beach! I highly recommend the walk from Bocas del Drago which is about 10-15 mins. It’s a beautiful path through the palm trees.

Its easy! Just take the public bus from the main square in Bocas del Toro. From the last stop you can walk for 20 min. or take a boat for 5 min.

Es una playa semi virgen, no hay construcciones donde hospedarse, únicamente hay lugares para comer y se hacen paseos del día.
