Great snorkeling off the beach. There was a strong current when we went and the people working there warned us, but the shallow sea life was great. The beach is secluded, you would only see a few other people not a part of your group. Nice afternoon visit.

We did a day trip here and it was well worth it although we got rained out half the day. Bocas Town has no beaches and it's quite dirty, so it was nice to find a great beach and beautiful jungle. Worth the short trip, stay the day or night if you can.

We felt like you were on an island all by ourselves. We scheduled a tour & left at 8:30AM before any other boats arrived. We had the place for 3 hours without anyone else around. Snorkling at Crawl Caye is awesome.

Go here. Go to Isla Zapatillas. snorkel, enjoy the food. The beaches, the fish, the people were nice, you can get it all here.

Beautiful in comparison to the surrounding islands. The true sad state of culturally accepted garbage, trash and non recycling is heart breaking in a spectacular backdrop. Music on weekend niteclub sites bone jarringly aweful. Beauty of biodiversity is off the charts amazing.

We took one of the number one tours for 25 dollars. You won't find a better deal anywhere. On the way out you will stop and watch for dolphins. You will not feel that the dolphins are being to exploited here so you don't have to feel bad. We stopped for lunch on the water where you can also snorkel.... More

We spent a day in Parque Nacional and Red Frog Beach. Loved it. The beach was lovely. The jungle was awesome. We saw amazon parrots (6) fly over head and also saw a sloth and tons of beautiful birds. Very nice and clean. Bring bug spray though!

Loved getting there, seeing the dolphins on the way. Loved the shack we stopped at the order lunch so that it was waiting for us on our way back, loved sitting on a small island just off the coast of Panama.

Wizard beach is really beautiful but the trail from the town to the beach is dangerous, especially the part after the 'up the hill' coffee and chocolate shop(which by the way is a great place to stop for coffee). Frequent muggings with machetas occur on that trail, and they happen during the day, so don't bring anything that will attract... More
