Situated at the middle of the city. Beautiful lake. Even in night. Famous hotels and Mavathu, Asgiri Temples nearby.

Nothing special, having seen other lakes. Too much traffic, noisy and polluted. Was not worth to spend a day here.

It's a nice and serene lake and kept quite clean too....it's visible from all different corners of the town and we happened to see a dance performance on 1 side during 1 evening too!!

A nice lake, looks the best from the nearby hill view. Definitely worth to visit the neighbouring Temple of the Tooth.

The lake in Kandy is really pretty. We took some time to walk around the lake area and enjoy the view. It was a nice reprieve from the touristy stops in Kandy.
