We had the most amazing week in Sri Lanka, all thanks to Mango Vacations, but with special thanks to our driver, Vishwa. Not only was he an incredible tour guide but we honestly feel that we have made a friend for life from the trip. He was so kind, caring, friendly, funny and accommodating to our every need. He went absolutely above and beyond to make our trip one to never forget. Even though we had chosen the “7 Days Classic Sri Lanka Tour”, he adapted the itinerary daily to suit our needs and was happy to change the plans as we needed, which made the trip incredible for us as we got to see/do every thing we wanted to! Not only did Vish give us tonnes of fun, factual information about his home country, but he also made it such a fun, enjoyable experience along the way. He made sure that we got the best possible experience from our 7 days here by requesting rooms with stunning views in the hotels we stayed in, by choosing excellent drivers for our safaris and by bringing us to the most beautiful locations at sunrise and sunset so we could make the most of the wonderful scenery. He also ensured that we went to the best quality shops for gifts and jewellery and gave amazing advice when purchasing any items out here so we knew we were getting the highest quality possible. We felt comfortable since Day 1 of the trip and Vish made a special effort to get to know us so he could tailor the itinerary to meet our needs. The whole trip was so smooth from start to finish and that’s thanks to our amazing driver. He has an excellent relationship with all of the hotel staff, safari drivers and local site guides which helps you get the best possible experience from every thing you do. It was without a doubt a trip of a lifetime and we wish we could relive it all over again.
Thank you so much Vishwa for everything you have done for us and thank you to Mango Vacations for an incredible experience. We will be back again!

We found Mango Vacations for our honeymoon trip and it offered us the best travel experience we could have ever wished for. Hassanka was not only our driver, our guide but also a host of the beautiful Sri Lanka. Beyond providing impeccable services, he also helped us improving our itinerary, avoiding tourist traps, while suggesting fun but good value for-money acitivities. He drove carefully and smoothly, especially late at night and despite having driven continuously for 7 hours. He went above and beyond to take care of us through out a 7-day trip and we couldn't be more grateful. Highly highly highly recommend their service!!!

We booked the "Sri Lanka Island Grand Tour All inclusive 12 Days (Private Tour)" with Mango Vacations and we really recommend it to everyone! It allows flexibility but also provides comfortable benefits such as a car (nice for the luggage) and a reliable person throughout the tour.
The communication with Nadeeka was truly amazing and very uncomplicated. He even wrote us before our Flight to Sri Lanka.
Furthermore we enjoyed the flexibility mango vacation offers. When the weather for the Yala Safari was not very good our driver organized within minutes a Plan B. So when booking this Tour a maximum of flexibility is granted which we really appreciated.
We also want to mention our Driver and Tour Guide throughout our Tour called Vishwa. He would check each Hotel Room personally. He has a wonderful Character, was funny and by the way a very talented photographer - I can't remember, when my partner and I had such nice pictures of us together :-)
Everything worked fine, Vishwa was on time when picking us up at the airport and even already brought as a SIM card for the mobile phone.
The whole organisation from the beginning to the end of the tour was very reliable!

Just completed a packed and enjoyable 9 day historic tour of SriLanka with driver/guide Vishwa. Vishwa proved to be a very professional driver always ensuring safety. Throughout the trip Vishwa was attentive, calm, patient and very funny. Vishwa had alot of knowledge about the tours and Srilanka in general which he passed on. If you choose Vishwa as your guide/driver for your trip to SriLanka, you will not be disappointed!

Sri Lanka blew me away with all the cultural sights, nature, beaches and huge rocks. Mango Vacations took care of all the planning so I had no stress. It’s really great value for money as they give you a local SIM card, cover entrance fees so you don’t have to use local money plus staying in top notch 3 star plus hotels with breakfast. They planned the itinerary and were flexible to any changes along the route so you can be spontaneous if you wanted to spend longer in one place (what I love about solo travel). My driver Hasanka was very lovely, friendly and patient. I felt very safe in the car and all my needs were attended to. Highly recommend Mango Vacations and would love to book with them next time I’m in Sri Lanka :)

Hasanka went over and above with taking us on a 6 day tour of the Hill Country. Not only did he provide us with our transport needs, he was willing to show us many beautiful sites and walks, even give dining suggestions and local tips which was much appreciated.
His English is great and communication via phone call and WhatsApp was easy and he was always responsive, timely and forward thinking!
Hasanka is very polite and knowledgeable about the places we visited, he gave us the space and time to follow our itinerary and offered to join us if we felt more comfortable with him accompanying him. We felt very safe and comfortable with his driving and company. He is full of energy and very kind and thoughtful. With our itinerary, he was on top of it and made calls to local people to ensure we could do and see a everything we wanted to.
We couldn’t recommend Hasanka enough for your 1st or 10th visit to Sri Lanka!

When I booked a van and driver with Mango Vacations, I could never have imagined the hospitality, care, laughter and help that Thilli and Parvi would bring to our holiday and time in Sri Lanka.
I arrived on crutches with a sprained ankle and they treated me with great care, as we traveled, allowing us to set the pace, as we saw so many amazing places across Sri Lanka on our 15 day tour.
Our teenage son has proclaimed that Parvi is ‘the best driver in Sri Lanka’ after he navigated difficult traffic with great care and situations that would enrage any driver with ultimate patience.
Thilli generously shared his pride and knowledge of his country with us, patiently waiting for my husband to take thousand’s of photos at each place we visited.
They were able to provide suggestions on places to visit and were available any time we needed them.
Their care was matched by their good humor, as we shared great conversation, learning about Sri Lanka, music and epic road trip sing-a-longs (featuring everything from the Backstreet Boys to the Beatles and Bob Marley).
I have no hesitation in recommending Mango Vacations as a partner in exploring one of the most beautiful places on earth.

I can't find the words to describe how happy I am that I decided to visit Sri Lanka with Mango Vacations! The memories I made are absolutely priceless and I have Nadeeka and Hasanka to thank for this.
First of all I want to compliment the services prior to booking: Nadeeka exchanged over 20 emails with me where we agreed on all details of my stay and he answered all my questions quickly and with details. This was my first journey as a solo traveler and Nadeeka did everything to help me feel safe and comfortable with decision to go this far away from home. My stay was organised with an attention to every detail: starting from choosing absolutely stunning places to sleep in and tailoring the programme of the stay according to my wishes, to introducing very last minute changes when I decided to change one point of the stay while being already in Sri Lanka.
Secondly I want to highlight outstanding services of Hasanka, who was my driver/guide. Not only was he very helpful and professional, he was also a great companion and went above and beyond to make sure that I feel happy with all aspects of the trip. He is a very careful driver and always drives safely. He is also extremely responsible and will always take care of you, checking if everything is OK.
Sri Lanka is obviously amazing place to visit and I'm sure that exploring its beauty with Mango Vacations is the best choice. I can't imagine more exciting, safer, and affordable way to do it. I genuinely recommend their services.

Sunimal was an excellent driver. He was very polite, on time and unobtrusive, and if we asked gave us good recommendations for places to eat. The communication with the agency was easy and responsive, and the service great value for money. I wouldn’t hesitate on using them again and would gladly recommend Sunimal as a driver.

What was suppose to be a couple’s trip turned out to be a solo trip for me as my partner couldn’t make it last minute. The trip turned out to be absolutely amazing largely thanks to Vishwa who went above and beyond to make sure I had an excellent time. We started the trip in the cultural triangle area, covering main sights such as Sigiriya, Polonnaruwa, Hurulu eco park and so forth, aside from that, Vishwa also showed me nice spots he found that are off the beaten path, where you can have a cold beer and enjoy the sunset.
When we got to the hill country, we did many treks and hikes, all of which Vishwa wasn’t obligated to accompany me as his responsibility was just driving, nevertheless he came on all the trips just to ensure I was looked after since I was travelling alone, even if it meant he had to hike up hills in flip flops or trek across Horton Plains in t-shirt and shorts at break of dawn when temp is not above 10 degrees.
Throughout the trip, I felt very looked after. I would recommend his service to anyone who is coming to visit Sri Lanka.
On a separate note, despite the country being in a multi-decade economic crisis, the local people have prioritised visitors for everything (fuel, power, food etc). The warm hospitality and gentleness of the people have not changed amid the dire situation they are facing, and this has touched me greatly so. I sincerely hope tourism will recover for this beautiful country.
