The first thing to say is if you're book you're tours in Sri Lanka the make sure you have an exceptional driver and were luck enough to have that in both Azmy and Irfam
That were always on time and cars were immaculate and nothing was too much trouble for them. Whether you wanted to adjust the itinerary or just make stops they were always happy to accommodate our request
Azmy even booked a Sri Lankan culture event for our arrival Kandy after an airport pick up
On the second day we went to Dambulla temple cave and Azmy explained the history to us before then heading to Sigiriya where he made sure we had an authorised guide to take us to the top of the 1202 steps. This is a must do experience
We were trying to fit in a trip to the Temple of the Tooth and he managed to get us back on time and was waiting to Take us back to the hotel even after 7pm

Our last was an early start 7am to go to the Tea plantation at Nuwara Eliya and were were met in reception by Irfan. We knew it was an ambitious day as we had be back in Colombo for New Year party, so we would need to be in the car for 10 hour, but what a trip
The scenery was amazing and Irfan navigated trick roads brilliantly, arranged a guided tour at Blue Field which was very informative and a great cup of tea at the end
From there we relaxed and made a few stops at great viewing point along the way
to Colombo
I cannot recommend Aaliya Tours enough and thanks to Zameek for sorting out a challenging itinerary.

We had the most amazing time on our 5 day tour with Mr Illham. The staff at Aliya Tours are very helpful and friendly. The tour was very unique and personalised to us as guests. We were always asked if everything was ok and really cared for by the team. They certainly made our experience the best it could be. So much was packed into the itinerary and ran smoothly so we really got to see all the beauty of Sri Lanka.

We went with Dumballah and Sigiriya and had a marvelous trip.
Our host Adhil was amazing. He was great to talk with, very knowledgeable, and happy to answer any questions. He did a great job of being inobtrusive and blending into the background when we were visiting sites and yet he was ready to step in when we were ready to move on. He was also quite good at being quiet too during the ride.
Perhaps most impressively, he was a really competent and safe driver, which in Sri Lanka was the first time we had this experience among all of the tuk tuks and cabs we were in!

We had a transfer from Kandy to Unawatuna with some sightseeing in between the long drive. Ilham our driver was very helpful and very knowledgable about almost everything we saw. Very friendly, English speaking guides are hard to find. He really went out of his way to keep us entertained on this 5 and a half hour trip. He really is a gem to have in any company. Would definitely request him on our next trip.

Amzy was a great driver and we had a great day. Lots of walking and lots of stairs on this tour. If you aren't fit you wouldn't be able to climb Lion Rock. We had rain on the day but it didn't dampen the day. The car was very clean and safe.

Me and my husband initially booked Aaliya tours for airport transfer but they were so reliable and professional we did the sigiria tour and tour to nureliya train station with them. As a company you can tell they love their country and they love their job. Mr irfan was our driver and he made the tours special for us. He understood what types of things we were interested in and made an effort to stop everywhere and try everything he thought we would enjoy and it was awesome. The car journey was SAFE and the conversations were interesting and ranged in topic. I very highly recommend Aaliya tours and Mr Irfan, he made this trip memorable for me 👍👏

We booked our tour with Aaliya Tours and we were very lucky to have Azmi as our driver and tour guide.
We booked him for a one day trip to Nuwara Eliya , he picked us from our hotel in Kandy on time , his vehicle was very comfortable and he drove safely the whole way.
Azmi is very knowledgeable; he answered all our questions along the way and pointed out some major attractions along the way.
He was willing to stop whenever we wanted to take photos or needed a break to stretch our legs..
In our way back he stopped and got us some fresh coconut and mangoes.
We asked him to take us to local shops (non-touristy) as we wanted to buy some gifts to our families back home, we found some really good bargains, thanks to him. He has really gone the extra mile for us.
We wish we had found him earlier when we first arrived in Sri Lanka. We highly recommend him for a nice and safe tour.

The driver picked us up from our hotel as planned at 8 am and we head straight towards Nuwara Eliya. We stopped at all the stops except Gregory Lake as we'd spent too much time at the other spots ogling at the beauty that is Sri Lanka. The guide, Irfan, was very friendly and spoke broken English but could communicate with certain words and gestures. He advised us about restaurants and what to eat while in Nuwara Eliya. He helped us get discounts by talking to the local salesmen and also got us to taste local delicacies.
All in all it was an amazing trip and I would advise this to anyone who enjoys a bit of serendipity and loves to take pictures. Irfan knows some of the best spots to get the best views without a crowd.
