Beautiful lake reservoir

This beautiful lake reservoir seems to be local as I can’t believe there are only two reviews. This was a beautiful lake overflowing due to the rains. Lots of rickshaws and small cars tried to get through on the small bridge. I also saw a city bus plowing through the deep water on the road. It is a very peaceful area once you walk across the bridge.

Stunning place to visit and stay...

Wow, how are there only a handful of reviews? A stunning place to be, my wife and I stayed in a hotel on the "tank" (reservoir) as the locals call it.... And what a place, a tropical paradise with unbelievable views and a perfect spot to visit the cultural triangle of Sri Lanka. If you want to visit Sri Lanka then this is the place to go, 3 or 4 days here and then some time on the south coast and you won't regret it.... Truly wonderful 😊

In the middle of Sri Lanka, there is that beautiful area where birds, monkeys and many other species live an undisturbed life. Very beautiful!
