The church is different than traditional ones. The style fits the surrounding area of appartments near by. Interior is beautifully decorated although some finishing has to be done.

It is good for Zlatibor to have got this church after years of building; it has not been completed yet, but is in function. It is spacious enough, but awaits more furniture and fresco-painting. The outer and interior design could be better. The outside walls have some interesting though underdeveloped features, as if the architect did not have permission or enough inspiration for more far-reaching shapes. There is felt tendency for removal from the traditional Serbian-orthodox style, but stayed half-way. The churchyard is in the mountain style, not in peaceful harmony with the church itself, and with original touches here and there; too much nasty-looking chrome in certain spots.

Very interesting church, much different from traditional Bysantine style, like other churches in Serbia. Investigated nascency of anchors and Maltese crosses on the doors and frescos. Unusuall for mountin environment - even church authorities have no reasonable answer.
