The Diary Factory is placed in remote Rozanstvo village of Zlatibor mountain. The mountain is famous by its cheese and "kajmak" (serbian diary product) and locals say that here is the best one you can buy. I tried it this morning I it was worth de-touring to here!

This is a great milk making store, open every day from 8:00-16:00. It has authentic cheese products from local milk producers, that drive the milk to her. I have actually seen the delivery and the taste is really worth the visit. Continue to Sirogojno from Rožanstvo!
